My only complaint is the Expedia page says there is free on site parking when there is not. There is street parking if/when you can find it. Other than that this place is excellent. Staff are great. Would recommend.

Loved it!! Great location great room, it was terrific and the staff was amazing Except for some rainwater getting in the room during a monsoon but welcome to Cozumel. The continental breakfast was better than expected too.

Nous recommandons d'éviter les 2 premières chambres à l'entrée car la vue de la fenêtre donne sur un mur surmonté de fil barbelé ! Les autres chambres ont une petite terrasse et sont face à de très belles plantes (comme sur les photos), ce qui est quand-même beaucoup plus charmant et surtout moins déprimant que le barbelé ! Notre chambre était spacieuse , la literie très confortable mais il y avait (en tout cas dans notre chambre, ce qui n'est peut-être pas le cas dans les autres) pas mal de grosses fissures au mur, ce qui donne un aspect dégradée à la chambre. Le coin piscine est très agréable mais les coussins des transats un peu sales. Le petit déjeuner est a volonté mais est simplement composé de café ou thé, viennoiseries ( dont certaines très sèches), fruits (pommes entières) et jus fruits (non naturels). Pour nous, c'était trop simple et peu varié mais pour ceux qui déjeunent léger, ça peut peut-être suffire. L'hôtel est très bien placé mais pas de parking contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans hôtel.com. Il faut se garer dans la rue et nous n'avons jamais eu de places devant.

Okay this place would have 5 stars if it wasnt for the bar next door playing very loud music until 4am for both of the nights I stayed here (fri & sat)
During the day this place is like a little oasis, spotless, safe, very friendly staff, perfect little pool area for catching the sun.
However, if you want to sleep between the hours of 10am and 4am don’t book here. I had ear plugs AND noise cancelling headphones playing my own music and still could hear the neighbourhood noise. I get it, out of the hotels control, but this needs to be better advertised and disclosed. 4am is a lot later than the typical midnight or even 2am bar timing. It was restless and honestly ruined the experience.
And for the record, I met and chatted with multiple other guests in other rooms and they all had the same issue.
I did ask and receive earplugs but honestly - it didn’t do much but make sleeping uncomfortable.
I truly wish I could say I would be back because this place would be a gem if it wasn’t for the late night/ early morning noise.

Great proximity to the ferry terminal and Centro. There are nightclubs close by, which were only an issue on the weekends, no fault of the property.

Thos hotel was Absolutely Wonderful!!! We would stay here again and we definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a super central hotel while in Cozumel.
All of the shops and restaurants are within a one to ten minute walk.
The staff are SO friendly and the continental breakfast that's included is just Great. The fresh squeezed OJ is Fantastic 😊
The only thing I would mention is that I think this hotel is Perfect if you are out doing activities. If you are looking to just chill by a pool and have some drinks from the bar I would choose another hotel because the pol is super tiny and there isn't a restaurant or bar at the hotel.
This being said ... definitely stay here if you are going to be out and about and just want to cool down after.

Freundliches Personal, saubere und Schöne Unterkunft. Zimmer groß und geräumig.
Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat, war ein Wasserspender. In der Früh gab’s ein Mini Frühstück mit Obst, süßem Gebäck, Säfte, Tee und Kaffee.
Von uns eine klare Empfehlung.

We stayed here 9 days and found it to be very good for us. The area has many good places to dine that were very nicely priced. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful (special shout out to Carlos who was a pleasure to see every day!). Our only negative was that there needs to be more clothes hangers and clothes storage in the rooms...we do not like working out of a suitcase on an extended stay.

The online pictures were a little misleading. The pool and pool area was much smaller than the pictures looked. The room was pretty nice however the tile flooring showed a lot of wear and tear. It was very clean though and always smelled so good when you walked into the room. We are divers, so the room and hotel wasn't why we were there, but it could have been a little nicer.
The location was perfect if you want to be in town. It's one block from a taxi station so getting anywhere was very easy and there are multiple restaurants in walking distance. I would recommend this hotel in spite of the few things noted.

Enjoyed the location of the hotel, security of the property and good housekeeping. Our towels were refreshed when needed and toiletries refilled. AC works, shower was good and bed comfortable with blackout shades doing their job. We didn’t notice any noise issues when staying over a weekend. Would certainly stay again!
