Room #6 had steps up and down inside which made it a bit difficult for older folks like us. Probably could have asked for a different room but did not. Overall a good visit, giving it a 7-8 rating overall. Street walking quite difficult with narrow sidewalks.

Our requirements for an excellent hotel are (1) quiet (2) firm bed mattress (3) bathroom with counter space and (4) shower with constant tempature. They had all 4. Great breakfast. Quiet rooms. No children or dogs. Congenital staff. Great location. This is a winner!

We have loved this place for over a decade but sadly after this last stay we will not be returning. We stayed here three nights. Our hot water wasn’t working. We told them two days in a row, they said they’d have someone look at it but it was never fixed. Also, the beds are rock hard - like no give at all. The staff wasn’t as friendly as they have been in the past. Overall, really bummed how it went. They’ve cut back on what’s included in the breakfast but at least they still had a full breakfast menu you can pay for.

Un hotel de primera , a pesar que está en el centro de Qro. Tiene una paz relajante cerca de todos los lugares turísticos . La atención del personal del hotel fantástico especialmente Jesus gracias por tus recomendaciones. El lugar no cuenta con estacionamiento propio pero enfrente hay uno público lo cual lo hace práctico. El restaurante con su decoración facinante .
