歴史のある建物をホテルに改築した感じ。アンティークの店と一体化しており、ロビーはその中にある。朝食はメニューから選んでから調理スタッフが作ってくれ、出来立てのものが食べられる。チェーン店のホテルと違い、個人に寄り添った親切な対応をしてくれるので、旅行者には心強い。

天井が高く開放感のある部屋。我々の都合に合わせて朝食の時間を早めたり、早朝出発の日には菓子パンの準備を用意してくれたりサービスの行き届いたホテルです。欲を言えば、TVで日本語チャンネルが受信できれば、部屋に事務用机があればよかった。

外見からは到底判断出来ないホテルでした。 各部屋それぞれの趣向を凝らしたアトリエの様なホテル！！ セントロ中心の少し外れにあってロケーションも最高。 そしてRosaさん（？）のオーダーを聞いてから作る朝食がとにかく美味しい！ 小食の我々の様な日本人には勿体ない程沢山の完熟フルーツ、毎日変わるパンやクッキー等が盛沢山！ 部屋に冷蔵庫やドライヤーが予め備え付けて有れば殆ど言うことなしのホテルでした。帰ってきてから気づいたのですが冷蔵庫や電子レンジもリクエストすれば貸し出し可能との事でした。 だんだんと懐いてくる白ネコと最後まで相手をしてくれない黒いネコも居ます＾＾

The hotel staff was amazing, right in Centro. We went to the spa and enjoyed a couples treatment.

Our requirements for an excellent hotel are (1) quiet (2) firm bed mattress (3) bathroom with counter space and (4) shower with constant tempature. They had all 4. Great breakfast. Quiet rooms. No children or dogs. Congenital staff. Great location. This is a winner!

Just an excellent boutique hotel. I love the way it’s furnished. This was my fourth time staying there

We have loved this place for over a decade but sadly after this last stay we will not be returning. We stayed here three nights. Our hot water wasn’t working. We told them two days in a row, they said they’d have someone look at it but it was never fixed. Also, the beds are rock hard - like no give at all. The staff wasn’t as friendly as they have been in the past. Overall, really bummed how it went. They’ve cut back on what’s included in the breakfast but at least they still had a full breakfast menu you can pay for.

muy bonito lugar, y con una gran ubicacion; el personal fue increiblemente amable y atento. El hotel cuenta con buenas instalaciones pero podrian mejorar; el no tener estacionamiento es fatal por la zona donde esta.

Muy lindo hotel, las habitaciones tienen una decoración extraña, las áreas comunes son muy lindas, de muy buen gusto. El restaurante es muy lindo también

You feel like you’re in your house!

Un hotel de primera , a pesar que está en el centro de Qro. Tiene una paz relajante cerca de todos los lugares turísticos . La atención del personal del hotel fantástico especialmente Jesus gracias por tus recomendaciones. El lugar no cuenta con estacionamiento propio pero enfrente hay uno público lo cual lo hace práctico. El restaurante con su decoración facinante . En si todo el edificio es muy bonito Sin duda si vuelvo a la ciudad de Qro. No lo dudo y me hospedaré en ese lugar Gracias por existir Julio R.

We stayed at La Casa del Atrio for just one night before heading to the airport for our trip to Mérida, and it completely exceeded our expectations. This place is absolutely charming, full of character and surprises. It used to be an antique or design store, and the unique furnishings and art throughout the property reflect that history beautifully. There’s even a little shop on-site filled with cool, vibey collectibles that add to the experience. Although we didn’t have time to enjoy the spa, we loved knowing it was available, and the concierge gave us a fantastic dinner recommendation that ended up being one of our favorite meals of the trip. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the action. We loved strolling around the historic center at night and felt very safe and comfortable, even walking to the aqueduct after dark. The next morning, we had breakfast at their beautiful on-site restaurant, and it was healthy, flavorful, and memorable. Even though it was a short stay, it left a lasting impression. Highly recommend this gem if you're passing through Querétaro!

Excelente concepto, muy tradicional y clasico

It’s a comfortable hotel with a nice restaurant. Pros; excellent location, friendly staff, clean comfortable room. Cons; we had to ask for the hot water to be turned on each time we wanted to use it. Never did use the jacuzzi tub because of this. No coffee in the room.
