Seadust Cancún Beach Resort All Inclusive

The resort was clean and they are very accommodating. We had a broken shower and they showed up few minutes later and fixed it. Also, when we had rude guests staying above us that were running around and being loud after 11:00PM the resort was nice enough to give us another room. Nice selection of food and restaurants, even though we do not eat pork, there isn't much of a selection of chicken dishes, although they are available. The rental of cabanas is a bit pricey but the beach wasn't bad.

We recently stayed at the Seadust. This is our second time at this facility. Let me start with the positive, We really enjoyed the steak house and Japanese restaurants. The food was really good for a resort. The hotel workers are very helpful and always willing to assist if you need anything. The rooms are very clean and our fridge was always stocked with beverages, now let me start with all the negatives. All fun activities like the nightclub, bars and shows end really early. We were having a blast at the karaoke night and the club was full, when 11pm hit they shut everything down without considering all the adults were there to have a fun time. The main reason we will not be returning to this resort is the timeshare company (Infinity) at the entrance. They are so annoying that everytime we walked out to the lobby, we had to hear their spill. Every morning between 7-9AM our room phone was non stop by these people. They do not respect your time and they harass you to attend their famous breakfast. The hotel should do something about this matter cause it was share to us by lots of couples that they had the same feelings like us. If the timeshare company wasn't at this location, We would have rate it higher..

El hotel ya es viejo, descuidado, las albercas equis.. lo unico padre era el area de niños, y los shows de el teatro... la comida era mala. Las sabanas y almohadas asperas y duras

Me encantó siento que es un hotel con las 3 B y si. Duda alguna voy a regresar,sobre todo es un excelente hotel para ir con niños y familia

The hotel was nice and clean staff was awesome, only one thing that was bad the room that we got on the first night the bathroom had a very bad smell but the staff moved us to a different room thanks 😊

I had no hot water in my shower. Food was terrible. Only good restaurant was Samurai.

My friends and I visited in June 2026 and had a wonderful time.

Awesome place for family.

Upon arrival the staff was attentive. The resort itself was very clean and had breath taking views! Beach and pools were a clean, fun place for children & adults with many activities. Buffet and restaurants served outstanding food. Every meal was delicious and fresh. Our room was cleaned everyday. Overall 10/10 experience. We also booked a spa package that was done phenomenally!! I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to visit Cancun!

Very good to stay on a family vacation. The pools are great and just go down some stairs for the beach.

The hotel was nice but my room was so filled with black mold I couldn’t actually spend time in it. Booked there specifically for the jaccuzi on my deck but after using it once I realized how nasty the pipes were and couldn’t use it again. I actually got dangerously ill because of the black mold. Ruined the last half of my trip. I almost cut it short early. I completely lost my voice and got an upper respiratory tract infection. I couldn’t see their doctor on site despite my travel insurance because they wouldn’t let me get t checked out without making a 200$ usd deposit I didn’t have available. They charged me RIDICULOUS prices for Advil and aloe Vera, 95 USD. Wouldn’t let me check out until I paid it.. I spoke with the manager he had no remorse and said there was nothing he could do for me for compensation. I I will likely have long term health issues from the amount of exposure I got. I wish people could be more accountable.

A great budget all inclusive. It’s not a 5-star resort, but for what we paid, it was worth it. Plenty of activities throughout the day and the staff made it fantastic. Good selection of places to eat and several bars to make sure you’re never empty handed.

I would like a shuttle to nearby shopping. I took bus to downtown and spent too much time searching for the return bus. Then I (77) had to cross two busy streets to get to hotel, then up a steep hill to hotel entrance.
