The bed was very comfortable and the temperature was very cool, conducive to sleeping. There are multiple lights and the ability to dim them. The bathrooms are separated by sex and have three showers and three toilets, very clean and brightly lit (hairdryers included!). You're provided with robes and towels. We stayed on a bottom unit and the head space was more than I thought it would be, it didn't feel super cramped. I would for sure stay here again! They also have a 24hr bar/restaurant for food and drinks.

I had an absolutely lovely stay at De Bedstee, the capsule I stayed in was clean and comfortable, and the AC was very welcome! The location is very good as you can take the trams from the Concertgebouw or Museumplein stops to get almost anywhere, and sitting in the Museumplein proper for a picnic at sunset is a lovely way to end a day.
The staff were bar-none some of the best hotel staff I have ever met, and along with being knowledgable and helpful, they were great to speak with and so very kind. I look forward to returning and staying there again. :)

We really appreciated the front staff. The 2 we spoke with were both really helpful and knew their city well.
You need to know what you are getting with a capsule hotel. It was a cool experience, like sleeping in a treehouse. Great short term accommodation.

It was okay, but the fire alarm was turned on at 4 am, and turned of right after, like 5 minutes or so after, so everybodys sleep was disruptedz but the hotel to that Price what suprisingly well
