Bed sheets unclean, cause skin allergy.

My pod was cleaned everyday. The only issue I had was they refilled my supplies with extra towels that I didn't need. Staff was very friendly. One of the staff members, their name was Patricia was really friendly. I found a friend in them. I would like to visit their hometown someday.

The bed was a comfy cocoon, the staff were hospitable, polite and helpful and the showers hot. The location is great too. I would stay again.

Not enough room for a dog to stay in maybe 1 night but not 10

cozy clean accommodations with friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and GREAT location. 2 minute walk from airport shuttle, 5 minute walk from museums, helpful luggage storage … couldn’t be happier with this place! love the cool colour changing lights in the pods it’s like sleeping in a little clubhouse

I did not stay as it was a place in a cupboard so had to upgrade to another hotel.

The only downside was that the latch on the door to my capsule was really loud, so that I didn't want to casually lock it during quiet hours

A gorgeous hotel in an exquisite location. The very best area for a first-time visitor to Amsterdam. Steps from museums, dining, airport transportation.

Comfy beds and clean toilets and showers. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Went out of there way As well. Very happy

The bed was very comfortable and the temperature was very cool, conducive to sleeping. There are multiple lights and the ability to dim them. The bathrooms are separated by sex and have three showers and three toilets, very clean and brightly lit (hairdryers included!). You're provided with robes and towels. We stayed on a bottom unit and the head space was more than I thought it would be, it didn't feel super cramped. I would for sure stay here again! They also have a 24hr bar/restaurant for food and drinks.

I had an absolutely lovely stay at De Bedstee, the capsule I stayed in was clean and comfortable, and the AC was very welcome! The location is very good as you can take the trams from the Concertgebouw or Museumplein stops to get almost anywhere, and sitting in the Museumplein proper for a picnic at sunset is a lovely way to end a day. The staff were bar-none some of the best hotel staff I have ever met, and along with being knowledgable and helpful, they were great to speak with and so very kind. I look forward to returning and staying there again. :)

We really appreciated the front staff. The 2 we spoke with were both really helpful and knew their city well. You need to know what you are getting with a capsule hotel. It was a cool experience, like sleeping in a treehouse. Great short term accommodation.

Close to everthing.

The staff are all very nice and helpful. It's clean and close to the bus/tram and museums. The hotel bar was cozy. An excellent stay if you are on a budget

It took some getting used to moving inside the capsule, but I liked the colored lights. Well worth paying for breakfast.

loved the environment and staff however there was a sewer smell at some nights which was unfortunate but overall not a huge problem capsules were clean and everything was nicely put together
