We had a great stay in Queenstown, we had the best room available however the toilet was leaking keeping us awake at night, the dishwasher was broken and we booked the spa the arrived to go to the spa only to be told oh sorry it’s not available as it’s dirty, we planned our day around the spa they had our number and didn’t call us to let us know, so that was pretty poor for a higher end hotel

I like that my room was warm, tidy and clean.The bed and shower was great. The staff are awesome and easy to talk to. Delicious breakfast. There was a lot of noise coming from outside our room from the room next to ours someone kept going in and out. we heard someone snort their snot from that room and it was loud. Pillows were to soft. We just arrived and staff member trying to get in with the key a couple of times to give our breakfast early for our whole stay instead of knocking. Someone parked on our paid parking space that i paid for on the second night and didnt move after that. Staff said there was a paper with password and user name on the desk twice and there wasnt.

Title: Great Location and Views, but Housekeeping Needs Improvement I read many reviews before booking and, after my stay, would rate the experience slightly above average. The location, views from the room, and in-room facilities were excellent. However, I recommend avoiding the cheapest studio room—it feels like part of a suite that’s been sectioned off, offers no outside view, and faces the hallway. I stayed in a suite, but the washing machine was shared with the adjoining studio. The room was clean, but furniture showed wear, and kitchenware, though looking clean, had burnt residue and needed rewashing. Staff were friendly and handled a cleaning issue politely, but housekeeping was the main concern. My first glass was cloudy, the frying pan and oven tray had heavy burnt residue, and one day I returned to find cabinet doors left open and the dish towel on the floor. During my nine-day stay, the floor was never vacuumed, so I did it myself. For a short stay without much cooking, this hotel is excellent for its views, facilities, and comfortable beds. For longer stays, be ready to do extra cleaning. If privacy matters, choose 130 Frankton over the main 100 Frankton building. The main building’s shades are see-through at night, while 130 Frankton offers much better privacy.

Mould and dirty bathroom especially in the bathtub. Only one coffee pod - housekeeping staff advise us - they ran out. When countdown is up the road. Both sinks - bathroom and kitchen blocked. Don’t recommend if you have heavy or a lot of luggage- a lot of steps to climb.

Cet hébergement ne mérite pas ses 5 étoiles à part pour la vue qui est magnifique. L'appartement aurait besoin d'être rénové notamment au niveau du mobilier et de la salle de bain avec des joints noirs et pommeau de douche cassé. Les chambres sont mal insonorisées notamment au niveau du bruit de la route juste devant. Le ménage reste aussi à désirer.

Just outside of Queenstown centre where there are plenty of food and dining options. We did have a car and it only took us a couple of minutes to drive there so it would be about 10-15 min walk to the centre. Apartment was clean and modern and the bed was comfortable. We really liked the gas fire place.

Lovely room but it’s annoying that the fan in the bathroom was connected to the light so always had to be on. I found the condition of the mattress and pillow protectors to be unsatisfactory. Great they had them but more regular replacement is needed - slack housekeeping!

The amount of steps on this property is ridiculous! Talk about non-handicap accessible! Just to get to reception involves ascending a steep flight of stairs or a steep ramp, then going down a flight. Not fun with a heavy suitcase. I was in building 3 which had no signage helping to get there. It was a long and winding way involving many steepflights of stairs up and down, and a gravel path — again, not great for a heavy bag on wheels. The room is clean enough, but neighbors can be heard. I did like the mini kitchen with microwave, toaster, Nescafé, and tea kettle — not to mention dishes and utensils. So some good things, some not so good.

Stayed for 3 days and very good as always.

Fantastic stay! I had some noisy neighbours on my first night. After that, the staff offered to relocate me to another room. I accepted the offer and was also lucky enough to then be upgraded. Highly recommend this place

Excellent communication and staff vary freindly and well organised

The location is great around 15 minutes walk to the Center of town and some fantastic views from our room
