Staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful when our flight was delayed. Cabin was spotless and cosy, wonderful place to stay in Tromso

Nel complesso l'esperienza di Tromso è stata piacevole anche grazie al Lodge&Camping. Tuttavia per il prezzo pagato ci aspettavamo un Lodge più curato (da sistemare mobili, troppo vecchi e rovinati). Inaccettabile la proposta di lasciare i letti con le lenzuola da fare (non sono ad un camping). Anche se datato, il riscaldamento ha funzionato e siamo stati sempre al caldo. Le aree comuni curate, la colazione abbondante e di qualità. Silenzioso e immerso nella natura, ma comunque vicino al centro.

Great lodge to see Aurora Boreal, nice breakfast. We get to have lots of pictures and the cabin is nice and cozy. Highly recommend.

I gave 4 stars because everyone was really nice, but the property itself is a little deceiving. (Not deceptive, I am not trying to indicate malice.) But for American travelers in particular, it's worth noting that this is really a campground. When you pull in the property, there are RVs situated & plugged in & the lodges themselves are in need of a little updating. The main building is convenient & the staff there could NOT have been more helpful. Everyone super nice. Our travel plans got a little hung up & they were great working with me on late check in & making sure we got situated. But the lodge was a little smaller than expected & a little outdated. In the end, the stay ended up being fine - we opted for 2br with bunkbeds - and everyone had sleeping space. (Family of 4.) But it is definitely more cramped than the pictures indicate, so just beware the space is tight & the bathroom was really small, even by European standards. Our shower was in need of a little update & we did run out of hot water one day. My main "complaint," if I had one, is that it's sort of billed as a place where you can get exposed to a little nature. Now, it does back up to a beautiful mountain. We enjoyed that. But the property is basically in a mixed use area, not exactly rural. So there is tons of light & high occupancy, meaning you really need to get away from that area to have any sort of views. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Other folks there very nice, too, & convenient for tours etc.

Le chalet est très basique, très bien pour une nuit mais pas pour plusieurs jours. Le tarif est trop élevé par rapport au niveau de prestation. Le petit déjeuner est bon et complet. Le ménage était limite : nous avons retrouvé au dessus du lit superposé un paquet de mouchoirs, un forfait de ski et un chargeur de téléphone.

Prima kamer. Alles wat je nodig hebt. Ook volop warm water uit de douche. Let wel pp de kraan die kun je tijdens douchen verplaatsen waardoor het ineens loeiheet is of ijskoud. Best wel gevaarlijk.

Nice cozy cabin but maybe better heating cause couple of nights got cold and didnt feel any heat. Would definitely recommend

Our tiny house was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Très bon emplacement situé à 10min du centre ville. Petit logement bien sympathique, literie très confortable. Kitchenette, réfrigérateur. Petite maisonnette très jolie, nous avons pu apercevoir des aurores boréales au pied de la chambre. Petit bémol la table était taché, rien d’alarmant. Et la chambre au réveil est assez froide. Sinon je commande fortement.

The lodge was perfect - clean, a good size and well equipped. We ate breakfast onsite for 2 days and the food was lovely and fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful.

O serviconfoi extremamente eficiente apesar da situacao. Estavamos com 1 metro de neve entre as cabanas e a recepcao, e mesmo assim o servico de limpeza do acesso funcionava adequadamente.
