官網沒有告知熱水供應有限的問題。並且checking in時也沒告知熱水供應有限的事情。導致入住後才發現這項問題，在夜晚零度的時候洗澡到一半沒有供應洗澡熱水，這實在非常令人覺得困擾並且感到驚訝。 立即向櫃檯反應也只是回答30分鐘後就會再次提供熱水。 並沒有說明提供後，還能使用時間限度。也沒有任何方式可以了解現在到底會不會再次發生突然沒有熱水的問題。 櫃檯的解決方式只有提供另一個場地沖澡。但是詢問後，即便到另一個場地洗澡一樣會有這樣的問題。 未來任何人入住，都需要考量這樣的問題並且納入是否訂購該飯店的評估項目。

tromso camping 是個看極光的好地方，小木屋外只要極光強，可以直接看到，房間內 暖氣強，只有洗澡的水稍微難調一點，廚具應有盡有，接待人員都非常親切，可以參加當地旅行團，camping的接待人員也會幫妳聯絡介紹，直接在camping的接待處來回接送，而且可以直接在camping 刷卡付款，非常方便，是個不錯的住宿地點。

整體來說還不錯，舒適乾淨、風景優美、設備齊全，適合租車自駕旅客，會考慮再來。

雖然營區內燈很多，但是在入住的第二天就在營區內看見了極光。是個非常棒的體驗，不需到深山忍受酷寒，對極光入門者來說非常重要

入住的是豪華小木屋。 優點：小木屋設備齊全，廚房有齊廚具但無調味品，暖氣足夠有餘，地方整潔，房間有點小但客飯廳大，整體感覺很舒適。前台有很多旅行團可以參加，員工友善。 缺點：遠離市區，最近的超市要行十五分鐘，去市中心要坐150nok左右的士。雖在郊區但仍有不少光害，要在此看北極光必須天清氣朗和指數高才有可能。吹風機要在前台借，房間裏沒有，浴室也沒有洗潄用具和沐浴露等。員工不是十分可靠，參加的追光團七點四十五分上車，卻叫我們七點到前台集合，浪費時間。

It is a excellent place for Northern Light and it feels like in a country side. If the activity of Aurora is high, you will can see the Aurora without joining any tour! The staffs in reception are also kind and friendly, the bathrooms and toilet are clean enough. It is better to go there by 4people as you can share the cost of taxi which is cheaper than by bus and save a lot of time.

The location is quite far from city centre. But the staff are really nice and friendly, there's a shared pantry which you can cook inside. The heater is not warm enough on the first night, but the room soon heated up.

超级棒的一次住宿体验，伙伴们都被大雪中的小木屋惊住了。带有厨房、公共部分、免费停车，营地的服务员态度也超级好，很热情的给我们解惑。

房間衛生環境一般。下巴士後需走比較遠才到達。因之後我們租了車，因此變得方便。走出房門外都可以看見極光，正。

good location for Northern light, environment nearby is nice and comfortable, room with kitchen equipment, can cook by self, staffs are friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the shared dormitory the first night, then we changed to a cabin the next day. Because the dormitory was tooooo cold. The heater did work but it made no difference. The dormitory was shabby but still equiped with a small stove and a fridge. This shabbiness was not a problem but the room should be warm. Maybe it's better to choose this dormitory in summer. The cabin was much warmer and better. And it was not that expensive. And I must say the service at the reception was very very good! He answered every question patiently and in detail.

我們8人住2間豪华小木屋望河，內部非常整潔有2間双床房，客廳及廚房又有一個望河大露台，每位都非常喜愛，住了3晚有一晚見了7-8級極漂亮的北極光就在門前，非常開心又興奮，接待室每位員工都非常熱心介紹景點專業，退房後去機場還幫忙叫了1部16人的大的士去機場為HK$450元超平，極力推薦

设施尚可，不过很幸运，房外面已经可以看到北极光

The lodge was perfect - clean, a good size and well equipped. We ate breakfast onsite for 2 days and the food was lovely and fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful.

O serviconfoi extremamente eficiente apesar da situacao. Estavamos com 1 metro de neve entre as cabanas e a recepcao, e mesmo assim o servico de limpeza do acesso funcionava adequadamente.
