O hotel é muito confortável, equipe muito atenciosa e sempre responde as indagações. Quarto muito bom, confortável, limpo. Como fiquei de frente para a rua, o barulho me incomodou um pouco. Não desfrutei do café da manhã pois saí antes do horário de início para passeio e voo a Cusco. Eles tem um serviço de 3 dólares para café para viagem, mas não achei que valia a pena. No geral, gostei bastante do hotel e recomendo.

I really like the front desk staff. My room was clean and conveniently there was a spa downstairs. Not that they have anything to do with it but there is a lot of street noise that is tough to get over and tell you finally fall asleep. The bed was comfortable the food was good.

O staff é muito gentil Cesar nos dió grandes recomendaciones. El cuarto es amplio, la cama muy confortable, el desayuno variado, bastantes opciones. La única critica es que No hay alternativas para intolerantes a lacteos o gluten.

Room was good. Could be a little more cleaner. The carpet was old . We reached 3am and the front desk didnt get the right copy of passport for me n my daughter. So they called us 4am in the morning while we went to sleep, knocked on the door and asked for passports so they can make copies. Could have waited till morning though! That was really annoying, since I had to go to the lobby with the passports. Anyway breakfast was good.

I only stay for one night and im planing to go back but, the first night i was chargw $20 fie my younger kid when i did actually made thw redervation for 2 adults and 3 kids so i really dont understand why they charged me that because my kid is 7, so now im going back on the 22 and im afraid they will charge me $20 extra for each night then i dont want to stay there.

Super friendly staff! When i asked for help with the tv cable they sent me someone to assist me right away! The only thing I would say is different from every other hotel I went to was that they had a $7 fee for a lunch box other than that, it was a great hotel!
