this hotel not have work area ,business center or similar by the way is not to clean

Super friendly staff! When i asked for help with the tv cable they sent me someone to assist me right away! The only thing I would say is different from every other hotel I went to was that they had a $7 fee for a lunch box other than that, it was a great hotel!

It's a good place to go. Maybe a little more effort in the breakfast and it's place to do that.

The staff are very nice and friendly, the hotel is nice but need general maintenance and update the dec. overall an enjoyable stay.

Got room late, paid extra for decorations we sloppy and not done properly fruits and meat platters were no flavor at all everything arrived an hour late then I was accused of taking a champagne flute when I checked out do not recommend

La habitación no es como se ve en las fotos, es muy antiguo huele a veces a humedad y la luz va mal no tiene mucha iluminación

Miramar has very poor customer service. They accused me of damage that was already there when I checked in and threatened to charge me for it. I requested they speak to their cleaning staff as they would have seen this damage several times before. Eventually, the staff confirmed this damage was not mine. Why you would accuse a guest without verifying with your own staff is beyond me, unless it is a scam they have done on other guests in the past. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Prédio dos anos 60/70 que nunca passou por uma reforma, mobiliário da mesma época caindo aos pedaços. Lamentável ver avaliações positivas de outros hospedes, isso induz os outros viajantes ao erro, eu mesmo com toda minha experiência em viagens internacionais caí nessa enrascada. A única coisa positiva desse hotel é a localização mas mesmo assim existem opções melhores nas proximidades. Fujam desse lugar.

I got the president sweet. And there was nothing sweet about it. The room was filled with a very heavy odor of pesticides so they downgraded my room, but I still got charged for the president sweet WHF

Budget friendly hotel with a good buffet. Staff was friendly. Visited during Easter holidays and found it hard to shop as most shops were closed.
