The place is great! If you want to roam around BGC and go shopping in SM Aura, Market Market, etc. this is the best place to stay! Only 3-4 minutes walking I think.

The room is clean and the staff are very helpful. We had trouble figuring out how to work the shower and i just called housekeeping and they sent someone to help us. After checking out, I asked them to book me a Grab going to the airport. The hotel is close to SM Aura, it's probably a 5 minute walk. I had a wonderful stay.

유료 아침식사는 신청하지 않아 모르고, 비지씨를도보로 이용할 수 있는 주변 지역 중 가성비는 참 괜찮은 것 같습니다. 마켓마켓과 아우라가 도보 3분. 보니파시오 하이스트리트 입구까지 도보 6분. 호텔에서 오가는 길의 치안도 충분히 좋습니다. 발수건에 저도 모르게 면도 후 핏자국이 약간 묻었는데 세탁비로 80p를 요구해서 당황했어요. 평소에는 핏자국도 닦아내지 못하는 세제로 수건을 세탁하고 있다는 뜻 같아 찝찝했습니다. 한국이라면 가장 저렴한 세제로라도 간단히 세탁기에 넣고 돌리기만 하면 깨끗이 사라질 수준이어서요. 전체적으로 친절하나 어느 날은 청소를 안 한다거나, 청소 후 일부 어메니티를 빠트리고 정돈을 마친다거나 합니다. 실수할수는 있지만 항상 마무리감은 부족합니다. 제가 있는 층만 그런지는 몰라도 복도는 냄새가 납니다. 방에서는 안 나요. 수영장 물은 청소나 소독이 잘 안되는 듯 보였고 2개의 샤워 시설중 1개는 고장 상태였습니다. 따뜻한 물도 나오지 않았어요. 헬스 시설은 작지만 이용할만 했습니다. 기구 고장도 없었고요. 충분히 좋은 기구와 아령들이 준비되어 있습니다. 하루종일 밖에서 시간을 보내고 치안이 괜찮은 마을에서 가볍게 머무르고 싶다면 추천합니다. 하지만 조금 더 청결하고 여유로운 수영장과 헬스장을 좋아한다면 추천하지 않습니다.

The staff attending my check-in was under training. He seemed poised and a quick learner. He will be an excellent FD staff member in due time and will learn to take check-ins as an opportunity to showcase the hotel. I was assigned a room with a door that creaks when you try to open it fully. It was also missing drinking glasses and a pillow. I suspected that the room had been stripped of some amenities to meet an emergency need for another guest. The rest of the room was as good as I expected, and the aforementioned issues did not bother or inconvenience me. I feel assured the deficiency did not represent the overall hotel quality. It should, however, be part of the FD training to ensure that rooms like mine are not assigned to a guest, especially during periods of less-than-full occupancy.

Rooms specially bathrooms are not so clean and dark ...it's a shame that the hotel is neglected, the exterior appearance looks okay but the interior is not. The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating, nonetheless.

The hotel has a lot of potential, but management clearly doesn't have resources or drive to make it better. It's located right in the edge of BGC, walking distance to Aura Mall, but it's on a corner of a super busy intersection. Staff do their best, but clearly the place lacks some investment.

Centrallly located, close to shops and restaurants. Walking distance to everything. SM Aura is across the street and Ayala Mall also. Market Markrt for fruits, goodies, street foods and everything in between, this hotel is a hidden gem. The best part of this hotel is their staff specially the bell staff, concierge. Front desk staff are not as accomodating especially checking in early even if they have room availble. They want to over charge for a few hours more than a days rate. They need to look into this so they don’t miss out on opportunities of making extra money. If check in is at 2pm and rooms are available early, create a policy to check in people at prorated hourly rate not P3000. That’s like robbing people. Then letting people wait in the lobby until 2pm. Instead of creating a great experience upon arrival. However plenty of restaurants at SM Aura to spend that money on. I will still recommend and stay at this hotel. I love the everyone at the door and concierge. They are so welcoming, always courteous and kind with a smile.
