Happy to have stayed at this hotel. The location was great. Easy access to areas I wanted to see. The room was clean and staffs upfront and dining areas were all nice and friendly. Items needed in the room were sent with out waiting for a long wait.

There were roaches in the room. I told the staff and went to look at the room and did nothing. I saw roaches afterwards as well

The property is fairly new, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Close to great shopping and food places in BGC. It is in a busy intersection and traffic jams are common during busy hours. The a/c is window type, which can be noisy to operate.

Convenient location. Shopping and restaurants at your door steps. Nice and courteous staff.

Nice location, nice staff but there is a 5-10 min wait every time you need to use the elevator and there was a roach in my room and I asked staff to clean it and next day there were more roaches. Hope none got in my luggage. Won’t stay here again

You have to wait for 30 mins for an elevator. Bad meals. Bad surroundings.

Internet is kind of slow. There are roaches in the bedroom. The worst is the mold in the shower room. There are three of us and when I asked for a third cup the maid said there are no more available cups. The only good thing with this hotel is the location. Very close to Market Market, SM Aura and Highstreet.

Room was small i killed a baby roach and was basically called a liar

I did not use the airport shuttle - The internet connection lags from time to time. The front desk staff was very helpful, and the cleaning crew was very nice, courteous, and professional. The intersection to the hotel is quite busy and the elevator was busy all the time making it hard for me and my nephew to go up and down

Room is decently clean. WiFi is also reliable and speed was decent. Guards are also friendly and helpful. The room sound proofing is rather bad. Despite stsying on the 17th floor, I barely had a good sleep for the days I can clearly hear vehicle sounds from the main road, from other guests closing their room doors, etc. My colleagues on 28th floor had no issue with main road sounds so I suppose one should choose to stay at the higher floors if given the choice. What is unfortunate however is the lift situation. 4 lifts but only done are working. You end up waiting and queueing to even get a lift. Longest wait I had was almost 15 mins just to take the lift. Hot shower wasn't hot as well. Water despite boiling had a very strong chlorine and metal smell to it so had to buy water just for drinking. Although 2 small bottles of water was provided, that's just too little for even one person's consumption despite only using it as a place to sleep.

No hot water for shower. Otherwise it met our needs very well!

Everything is great here, except for one thing. The elevators. There is a bank of four elevators. And they all move extremely slowly. I am talking 15-20 minutes just to o get an elevator to come to you. And many times it’s already jam packed with people. Its honestly ridiculous that an elevator takes that long.

Not enough lighting in bathroom and by bedside. Not enough counter space in bathroom. Staff very friendly and helpful, shops nearby but streets very congested with high traffic and pedestrian volume. Saw live cockroaches in restaurant during breakfast skittering over where coffee was.

There is no light on bathroom mirror.. weird! The place was clean and comfortable.
