ホテルは２度目の宿泊です。以前はクエストホテル、今回はレジデンスに宿泊しました。どちらも最高ですが、レジデンスはお部屋が広く尚良かったです。ベッドも快適ですし、飲料水も１ガロン用意されていました。徒歩3分でアヤラモール があり、レストランも豊富です。アヤラモール 内にスーパーマーケットが2店舗あります。コンビニは近くのマクドナルドの横にセブンイレブンがあります。ホテル周辺はいつも渋滞していますが、グラブやタクシーは直ぐに来ます。レジデンスに宿泊する人のチェックインとチェックアウトはホテルロビーのレセプションカウンターを左奥に入った所で行います。朝食ビュッフェは一度利用しました。大人PHP700子供PHP350だったと思います。朝食はアヤラモール 周辺で安くも色々食べられるので、色々試すのも良いと思います。私達はレイトチェックアウトしましたが、15時までPHP1500、18時までPHP2500でした。

Everything was good except that I think the building needs pest control. Small cockroaches are visible in the kitchen. I was not comfortable using any of the kitchen utensils because of it. I was not sure if they migrate to the other area of the apartment because they are too small. It was mentioned on one of the reviews but I thought it was just an overly disappointed customer. Otherwise, the room was well dusted as requested. Easy access to Ayala shopping mall and walking distance to restaurants in the area.

HORRIBLE- Management smiles, says "yes sir"... and never fixes the numerous problems broken microwave, no utensils, tv one channel, dozen that don't work, shower and bidet leak, water always in bath floor.

Didn't like the 3pm checkin or the 11am checkout. The TV in our was old and not working properly. The bathroom looked dated. The living room couch was much to low. The unit had lots of space which was very nice.

小さいゴキブリを何度も発見。気持ち悪い。 タオルは頼んだ分くれるので良かった。 アヤラモールへは道路を渡る必要があるが、横断歩道はなく車とバイクが入り混じるところを渡るのが非常に大変だった。 朝食はわりとおいしかった。

The staff were very friendly and really tried to help. Our hot water was not working, and they came up to fix it, but they only have so much to work with. It only worked for a few minutes. There were multiple cockroaches, but having travelled in South east Asia, that is kind of par for the course, but I am not sure if would be rated a 4 star. Probably more 2-3 star. The breakfast was very good, and the place was child friendly.

I would also like to commend the staff-- they are accommodating, friendly, and always full of energy. I would like to specially mention Jo, Carmel, and Kier-- they are really wonderful and made our checking in a hassle-free experience. They are also friendly and full of energy, and answered all my questions readily. Their warm attitude really added to my very good impression of Quest Hotel. It's our 2nd time staying at this property. This time we booked the serviced residences because we stayed longer. The room is slightly outdated. The bathrrom door doesn't fully close so showeing floods the entire bathroom floor. Sorry to mention there were a lot of cockroaches too of varying sizes.

바퀴벌레가 너무 많아요. 20마리 넘게 잡고 새벽에 룸체인지하고 난리도 아녔음. 바퀴의 성장 과정을 눈으로 확인할 수 있음. 국내 여행 중 바퀴 한 마리 나오면 잡고 그냥 자는데 그 수준이 아님.

바퀴벌레가 너무 많아요. 20마리 넘게 잡고 새벽에 룸체인지하고 난리도 아녔음. 바퀴의 성장 과정을 눈으로 확인할 수 있음. 국내 여행 중 바퀴 한 마리 나오면 잡고 그냥 자는데 그 수준이 아님.
