Layanan pelanggan hotel yang sangat baik inilah yang membedakannya dari hotel lainnya di Manila. Kami benar-benar merasa seperti VIP selama kami tinggal di Ramada. Ruangan itu indah, sarapan prasmanan hebat dan mereka memberi kami banyak makanan gratis. Dengan layanan mereka, kami merasa seperti mendapatkan lebih dari apa yang kami bayar. Kami akan tinggal di sini lagi dalam sekejap.

Amazing hospitality and very friendly. A few minutes after I checked in, the front desk lady who checked me in and welcomed me to the stay, called my room and asked how I liked the room. I was pleasantly shocked with their attendance! The morning breakfast was wonderful. All kitchen and dine-in staff were very pleasant and all as one team. I enjoyed my three nights stay at the Ramada Manila Central in Chinatown. I’ll definitely stay there again.

Loved the property! Have stayed here a few times. The service and staff are impeccable. Very great! Shout out to Marvin, Martin, Edward, Ara, Jessa and Rea for going the extra mile always. Will return to this property for sure.

Good location in Binondo and walking distance to Intramuros. Service is on a good level but sure, always possible to get better. The bread at the breakfast buffet is not good, hope you find a better bakery for good sourdough bread and Baguette. But there is one important thing: please change the room description "sound-proofed"! The roons are comfortable (and i would very like to book the Suite) but it is much way too noisy from outside traffic.

Stafff were attentive and you feel safe staying here that’s ang other inns or hotels in this area. We would definitely stay again next time! Angelo, Edward and Charles were great along with the guards! Thank you!

The property is in a third world country in a very poor and dirty area, so it is like a shinning light in this area. In other places around the world it would be classed as a 2 or 3 star at best. The staff try their best but don’t communicate with other staff if you need something which we experienced many times. The hotel is satisfactory, but many things run down, shabby or broken and it feels like the hotel is running on financial difficulties. The television did not work for 8 days and after much communication with front off and room service, who blamed each other for not fixing it, we finally took matter in our own hands and was promised a fix that did not happen. The bathroom floor tiles collapse so we were moved to a much lower floor which was noisy, staff noisy and disruptive, dirty and generally yuk. It was not at executive level that it advertised. Then we were promised to be moved back to 11 floor or onto 12 floor by Charlie. He came back and said 9th floor and we had had enough of being stuffed around so we left with a refund as we didn’t care, we wanted out. Hence, left for a five star. If you are on a budget and don’t care about amenities, pool, working aircon, non leaking roof, no tv, a little grubby then this hotel is for you. It is ok and doable as it is walking distance to most historical things in Manila and great for budget.

The television did not work for 8 days and after much communication with front off and room service, who blamed each other for not fixing it, we finally took matter in our own hands and was promised a fix that did not happen. The bathroom floor tiles collapse so we were moved to a much lower floor which was noisy, staff noisy and disruptive, dirty and generally yuk. It was not at executive level that it advertised. Then we were promised to be moved back to 11 floor or onto 12 floor by Charlie. He came back and said 9th floor and we had had enough of being stuffed around so we left with a refund as we didn’t care, we wanted out. Hence, left for a five star. If you are on a budget and don’t care about amenities, pool, working aircon, non leaking roof, no tv, a little grubby then this hotel is for you. It is ok and doable as it is walking distance to most historical things in Manila and great for budget.
