There was some construction noise, mostly during day, but it was sustainable. The design of the hotel is good. Friendly staff. Good location for public transportation and services The room has a fan, which often makes air conditioning not necessary. The drain plug was broken but everything else was working well. Safe working with code. No storage, enough for me, having only backpack.

This isn’t a safe location cockroaches everywhere. Homeless kids with no shoes or sometime clothes grabbing at you demanding money. Stray animals almost about to die. Rats running around the homeless people sleeping on boxes. Hotel room was okay, AC worked, water pressure was good, skin kept flooding,

We’re not happy on our stay I ask if I can cont my stay since booked on the wrong address to just Cont it on RedPlannetAurora site but not granted so I have to check out the ff day and cont to booked on the other Redplanet in Auro ! And the Bathroom is Not Clean here . No mug or kettle for hot Water! Over all 2stars

Towels were dirty (stained) and had a funky smell. Bathroom was moldy as seen from the tiles. Faucet was hard to open. Wall contril for the aircon only shows 20 degC as max so coldness cannot be controlled. Room smells of smoke and bathroom when i first entered...had to request a change of towel at Front Desk.

I had a great stay at this hotel with 24/7 security manning the premises and above all, helpful front desk staff who are happy and helpful assisting you with all your needs. The room is generally clean and comfortable. Additionally, the double room I stayed in had a fan which was a great option since I feel sick sleeping with the aircon on. The towels and the sheets may need an upgrade but are still okayish. In terms of value to price ratio, this is an excellent hotel especially for longer stays. If you need a simple and straightforward place to sleep in, this is an excellent hotel since it's close to my mother's place.
