Kamar kami luas, tempat tidurnya bagus dengan bantal bersih dan sprei. Kamar mandi baik terus dan sangat bersih juga, yang adalah apa yang saya harapkan untuk melihat di setiap hotel Apakah itu hotel bintang 3 atau 5. Desain interior hotel itu cantik sekali.

フロントに連絡したらルーム係じゃないからわからないと言われ、ルーム係の方を探し届けてもらいました。
セキュリティボックスも使えない事に気づき、後で対応するとの事でしたが結局滞在中に改善される事はありませんでした。
それ以外は快適に過ごせました。

I recently stayed at the Rizal Park Hotel in Manila with my mom and her friends. The location is fantastic, right next to Rizal Park and close to Intramuros. The property has a beautiful colonial style with grand entrances and spacious areas. The swimming pool offers a nice view of the harbor.
Rooms are comfortable but a bit run down, and the staff is very friendly.
The food is good, though the selection is somewhat limited. Overall, it's a great spot for a short stay in Manila if you appreciate historical charm and a prime location.

3 star hotel 4 star service. First time Manila, easy ride from Airport.
Glad to see lots of family come to hotel restaurant for Mother's Day.
Area reminds me of Chicago. Hotel is situated quietly away from tourist areas. Near national park, walking distance thru downtown to Robinson mall and easy ride to intramuros.
Property has full time outdoor security and staff. Around corner from police station and very nice looking children's museum.
Fairly large property, wish there was walking or garden space on property. As surrounding area to see ocean and aquarium is less than desirable.
Great customer service made the hotel very pleasant stay. Always staff to open door, help with baggage and was greeted each passing. Front desk was helpful/ accommodating and confident. Restaurant server staff was very nice and professional and well trained.
Kind of sad that pool was being serviced. But ended up just enjoying room and walking up / down hallways/ stairwell. It felt good to come back to hotel from touring.
Room seemed outdated at first, refrigerator was taken out and curtains were kind of hard to open/close.
Actually room, bedding, lighting, closet/ luggage space/ desk and shower room are of nice quality and charm.
Not pricey for casual but classy quality.

We had a pleasant stay. This is an older hotel but beautiful and maintained very well. The location is ok, not walkable to many restaurants as you have to cross a very busy street with much traffic and rude Filipina drivers.
The breakfast buffet had a good selection of Asian food. It would have have been very good but the buffet items were not kept warm. The items were on warmers but they werent kept on.
At checkout we were held up by the front desk as they placed no priority with providing our room check. We presented at front desk for checkout, but the attendant took our room number but didnt call for our room to be checked. We waited but finally i approached again and told him our taxi was arriving. We waited an extra 10 minutes.

A beautiful old building brought back to life. The structure is the old Army Navy Club from 1913. The marble floors, the chandeliers, the ceilings and wood work, you just don’t see this type of work today. It is a maintenance nightmare I am sure. The staff could not have been more polite and helpful. Food was so so, but the service was outstanding. A very affordable option.
