1st off the staff was absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful. We stayed 4 nights. Location is safe clean area. Not to much near walking distance but a quick grab ride the malls and restaurants close. Hotel itself pretty clean BUT we did have a few roaches in our room. I had bought a half dozen Krispy Kreme donuts and sat the box down for less than 20 mins, came back for a tasty treat only to have a little roach crawling across a donut. That is my only ding on this place. Also very pet friendly is you are traveling with a pet. Overall I’d say 9/10 and I would stay again. Oh there is a 7/11 in the building as well so easy to get some drinks or snacks

Very accommodating staff/ receptionist. They quickly assisted us with our luggages and the details for the stay were very accurate. They pffer shuttle services to some great areas. It was quiet and the room had a complete amenities with an affordable price.

Friendly and helpful staff - especially Manager Elisha.
Whilst apartment may appear sparse, it is actually very functional with cooking facilities for foods bought at 24/7 7eleven on ground floor and Chinese store on 2nd floor.

In a pretty private area so no sketchy people hanging around. Checkin was easy, room was decent as well and offered decent amenities. Really nice view of the ocean (and Okada). 20 or so minutes from the airport. One issue I was a bit peeved with was that the outlets werent near the bed at all, to charge my phone it would have had to sit on the end of the bed (or on the floor had my cord not been long enough).

The hotel quoted an early check in price 3 days earluerthen charged a higher price at the desk.
Hotel did not provide the style of room that was presented in the photograph. I understand tbat phitos of different rooms are sonetimrs a bit different but the dufference between a one bedroom and studio is too great not to miss.
No slip natting is required around shower area. I have a torn ligiment now, thank you very little.
I would not reccommend this hotel.

This property had an amazing view of the bay and the casinos. The room has everything you could want and more. Staff was highly professional and took care of everything including taking our bags to the room. There is a 7/11 next to the hotel and a grocery store on the second floor amongst other things. One note however is you should make sure you check the room for cockroaches before you settle in.
