I love the view and the location. My room was on the 22nd floor, I can see Manila bay and Okada next door. The room was spacious and the bed, pillows and linens were so comfortable. I was able to rest well. The staff were kind and helpful especially Che at the front desk. I like that 7 eleven is at the Ground floor of the building which was very convenient for me.

Staff wasn't the friendliest.
Room wasnt as clean as they make it seem. And to top if off they said if i dirty any little thing i would be charged extra.
Like did they want me to mop and deep clean before i leave the room?
Restrrom wasnt the cleanest, neither was the shower or sinks.

The water pressure is awesome considering we are on 27th floor. Pet fee is excellent! Staffs are friendly, and attentive, size of the room is great...clean room and location is a Plus! Definitely coming back!

It was great stay. They provide toiletries. And they do cleaning. The reason I only gave them 4 ratings was because at the time we we're checking out, I was charged php 300 because of my wife lipstick stain on the pillow case. It make me upset.
