Friendly and helpful staff - especially Manager Elisha. Whilst apartment may appear sparse, it is actually very functional with cooking facilities for foods bought at 24/7 7eleven on ground floor and Chinese store on 2nd floor. Awesome city view from bedroom window.

In a pretty private area so no sketchy people hanging around. Checkin was easy, room was decent as well and offered decent amenities. Really nice view of the ocean (and Okada). 20 or so minutes from the airport. One issue I was a bit peeved with was that the outlets werent near the bed at all, to charge my phone it would have had to sit on the end of the bed (or on the floor had my cord not been long enough).

Staff was friendly and nice.

It seemed crowded in the lobby.

The staff at the front desk specially with Che!, she demonstrated a high level of friendliness, helpfulness and accommodation. The room we had the pleasure of staying in was particularly nice.

The hotel quoted an early check in price 3 days earluerthen charged a higher price at the desk. Hotel did not provide the style of room that was presented in the photograph. I understand tbat phitos of different rooms are sonetimrs a bit different but the dufference between a one bedroom and studio is too great not to miss. No slip natting is required around shower area. I have a torn ligiment now, thank you very little. I would not reccommend this hotel. Rrgards, K. L.

Great place good hotel but far from everything an also look like a chinese city in Manila left an right all Chinese restaurant an shop , apart from that great location an good area nice view

Cockroach, cockroach, cockroach!

This property had an amazing view of the bay and the casinos. The room has everything you could want and more. Staff was highly professional and took care of everything including taking our bags to the room. There is a 7/11 next to the hotel and a grocery store on the second floor amongst other things. One note however is you should make sure you check the room for cockroaches before you settle in.

The place was spacious and everything was as pictured. We really enjoyed the view and definitely will come back in August.

Clean room friendly staff, weird security deposit fee. Otherwise would recommend
