Πολύ βολική περιοχή τόσο για το συνδριο όσο και για το κέντρο. Συχνή συγκοινωνία ακριβώς έξω από την πόρτα. Πολύ ήσυχο. Ανετο, καθαρό, ασφαλισμένο και με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Ευγενικό κι εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Δεν θα μπορούσε να μείνει δευτερο άτομο γιατι η πόρτα της τουαλετας δεν έκλεινε. Επίσης, καποια από τα ηλεκτρικα (φώτα. πορτατίφ) δεν δούλευαν.

It was a smooth check in and check out. The place was clean and its well conected to downtown through bus.

The property was premium and very clean, it had all the utilities I needed and the welcome care package was a nice treat. The apartment was of a high standard just as advertised and it did not disappoint. Modern furnishings and well kept. I would highly recommend.

A estadia foi confortável. O apartamento era bonito, bem equipado, com cama confortável, cozinha funcional e máquina de lavar roupa – o que foi muito útil. A comunicação com a equipa foi excelente: sempre que precisei, fui atendida com rapidez e simpatia. Os pontos negativos foram principalmente relacionados à limpeza. Havia muito calcário em várias partes do apartamento e a porta da casa de banho tinha defeito, não abria completamente. Durante o banho, saía bastante água para fora. O elevador do prédio também estavam visivelmente sujo, com pó e marcas acumuladas, o que causava uma má impressão. Outro ponto negativo foi o cheiro no exterior. Dentro do apartamento o cheiro era bom, mas sempre que abríamos as janelas, entrávamos ou saíamos do prédio, havia um cheiro muito forte a esgoto, bastante desagradável. Apesar desses pontos, o apartamento em si é confortável e tem potencial. Com melhorias na limpeza e manutenção, pode ser uma ótima opção para estadias futuras.

Comfortable accommodations. Good communication with property manager. Nice, clean studio, stocked with great amenities.

Such a wonderful stay, very close to public transport and the food around was accessible and delicious. The service and communication with the stay was excellent. ❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏🫶🏾✈️

The hotel is indeed in a great location – central, convenient, and easy to access. The interior design is tasteful and modern, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The room had all the necessary appliances, and we appreciated the small basket of snacks – a thoughtful touch. That said, your sleep experience will depend entirely on which side of the hotel your room is on. On some nights, it was perfectly calm; on others, street and transport noise made it difficult to rest. So, it really comes down to luck. Unfortunately, communication with the hotel was a major downside. Whether via WhatsApp, Expedia, or email, responses from the administration took hours – sometimes even days. This was especially frustrating when the water supply in our initial room was completely cut off on the very first day – no drinking water, no running water at all. It took several hours just to get any response from staff about the issue. Eventually, we were moved to a new room, but there was no upgrade or even a small gesture to acknowledge the inconvenience. Overall, while the place itself has strong potential, the lack of responsive communication and poor handling of issues significantly impacted the experience.

Please was clean but shower soup holder was broken and the sink kept dropping water on the floor when used.

De communicatie laat te wensen over. Na 18.00 uur is er simpelweg niemand bereikbaar, wat in deze tijd echt niet meer van deze tijd is. Er staat wel dat er speciale incheck instructies zijn, maar daar hou je geen rekening mee daar alle hotels 24-uurs service hebben!

Das war ein übler Betrug.

This place took some getting used to, but was fine for what it is.

Just save yourself the headache, terrible communication, takes way too long just to get a code to the apartment. The apartment wasnt cleaned at all so be prepared to spend on another hotel. The whole experience was just a massive mess!

Really nice apartments, all very clean but good to know that the douche cabin and WC is not suitable for big people.

Great location, confortable bed, somewhat noisy until 10:30 pm, somewhat dusty mirrors, wet toilet paper, modern small bathroom flat sink smelled ungodly; short, confusing, and not very consise communications, but polite and gracious receptionist..

Would only book if you are a single person not multiple people friendly only has one bathroom and is very small

Baños pequeños sucios, camas pequeñas habitación con lamparas colgando de un cable, una de las habitaciones sin ventana. Allí me desapareció un malentin con un ordenador pequeño,

Il portone d’ingresso era roto e rimaneva aperto.

Pros: - apartment was clean - location was good (bus stop right infront of the building, only a few minutes walk to Lx-factory) Cons: - Communication about the Check-In was not good - we didn’t receive the information in time - after we called they sent us the check-in information via WhatsApp (aswell as the Check-In codes for two other apartments - after talking to some others there - we weren’t apparently not the only ones that happened to) - front door of the building was damaged - so that everyone could enter even without a code - apartment has a glass front and door - so that everyone can look in the lofts (you’ve only got transparent curtains) - bathroom is really small

ideal area, so close to public transport that allows you to get central in no time. accommodation was immaculate and perfect for our weekend break!
