The property was premium and very clean, it had all the utilities I needed and the welcome care package was a nice treat. The apartment was of a high standard just as advertised and it did not disappoint. Modern furnishings and well kept. I would highly recommend.

The hotel is indeed in a great location – central, convenient, and easy to access. The interior design is tasteful and modern, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The room had all the necessary appliances, and we appreciated the small basket of snacks – a thoughtful touch. That said, your sleep experience will depend entirely on which side of the hotel your room is on. On some nights, it was perfectly calm; on others, street and transport noise made it difficult to rest. So, it really comes down to luck. Unfortunately, communication with the hotel was a major downside. Whether via WhatsApp, Expedia, or email, responses from the administration took hours – sometimes even days. This was especially frustrating when the water supply in our initial room was completely cut off on the very first day – no drinking water, no running water at all. It took several hours just to get any response from staff about the issue. Eventually, we were moved to a new room, but there was no upgrade or even a small gesture to acknowledge the inconvenience. Overall, while the place itself has strong potential, the lack of responsive communication and poor handling of issues significantly impacted the experience.

Please was clean but shower soup holder was broken and the sink kept dropping water on the floor when used.

This place took some getting used to, but was fine for what it is.

Just save yourself the headache, terrible communication, takes way too long just to get a code to the apartment. The apartment wasnt cleaned at all so be prepared to spend on another hotel. The whole experience was just a massive mess!

Great location, confortable bed, somewhat noisy until 10:30 pm, somewhat dusty mirrors, wet toilet paper, modern small bathroom flat sink smelled ungodly; short, confusing, and not very consise communications, but polite and gracious receptionist..

Would only book if you are a single person not multiple people friendly only has one bathroom and is very small

ideal area, so close to public transport that allows you to get central in no time. accommodation was immaculate and perfect for our weekend break!

The building did not have a lockable front door or a working elevator.. The location is near a hospital and a car dealer and nothing else.

The lofts are a rally nice concept, the room was clean and looked really good. Bathroom was really small, but that was expected for the suite. Great having access to laundry and other amenities. Location is great, easy access to transit, central Lisbon, Belem, and a few minutes ride to the airport. I never knew if I had a two way communication with the host, or it was just automatically generated messages, and never replied my my WhatsApp message to get some clarity. I felt they didn't directly answered my questions regarding luggage and check-in details as I received a few contradictory messages regarding the check in being at a different location than the apartment. At the end it worked really well, but when you are flying international it's a bit stressful when they send you the actual check-in information a few hours before the check-in. Again, overall it was a great stay,

We stayed 21 nights and enjoyed the apartment and Lisbon. Transfer of door codes by email at the airport worked well and the shuttle service was excellent. The apartment suited us well - cozy (a bit tight for some N. American standards), well equipped, and functional. Transportation to anywhere in Lisbon and beyond is very close by. The local neighbourhood was interesting, a bit run down in places but also worth exploring due to local ambiance, parks and hangouts frequented by local people. Grocery store is very close by. The apartment staff were friendly and very accommodating. When a small problem occurred 19 days into our stay, it was corrected immediately when we phoned. We will stay here again.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS NOT HONEST. WILL TELL YOU TO LEAVE AND KEEP YOUR MONEY!! The front gate does not lock. The smell of damp concrete was awful. The bathroom was dirty. The unit has a window in the front and in the back. If you leave the curtain open there is no screen so pedestrians can look right into bedding area. The curtain has to be kept close and even the curtain is too short. So at night the street lights come thru the sides. So I layered pillows to close one side where the pillows are. The front window has no black out blinds, so everytime there is movement the security lights fill the room. There is no key, only a code. The front gate does not lock. So anyone with a code can get in. The shower and toilet is inside a closet. The whole area for both js maybe 66in x 28in. You have to open the closet doors to shower. I am 5'9" 175lbs and to turn around in the shower was a struggle. My wife refused to use it as it was dirty. There are more issues but you get the message. I messaged Carmen the contact. Told her that i was unhappy then she said you can leave. So i stayed one night as meant i could find something else. She gets paid 1 night and get 1 night. Her conversation seemed to follow that understanding. Once i moved out the following day, i approached her for a refund of my second night. She declined. If i can save one person from this ordeal my loss is worth it.
