Great value. The suite was spacious for 3 people. Parking was very easy at the mall next door. Central location- near the parkway and having the mall nearby was very convenient (there’s a food court and grocery store.) I would stay there again.

It is a nice hotel situated in the centre of Caldas next to a shopping centre. The rooms are of good size, clean, comfortable, functional but not that modern in style. The breakfast was decent. The restaurant is rather pricy. We found an excellent fish restaurant on the backside of the hotel, below the shopping mall. Free parking was offered in the garage of the shopping centre. Internet is reliable.

The air conditioning in our room did not work. We reported it to the desk, and a staff person went to our room and supposedly did a work around with the thermostat. It didn’t work. Thermostat was set to 17 and it was 27 in our room. At 2:00 am we were opening the window. Our room felt like a sauna. At checkout, we were offered apologies but no compensation.

Lovely hotel but we arrived during the power outage that hit all of Portugal. We had no internet nor a warm meal….but staff were extremely helpful. Somehow they managed a lovely salad and drinks. Parking was difficult.

Nada recomendável para quem tenha problemas respiratórios (ex: asma). Pedido de troca recusado por hotel estar completo.(??) Colchão da cama pouco confortável. Pequeno almoço pobre e com ingredientes de baixa qualidade.

Apesar de estar bem localizado, este hotel tem má manutenção, e deve ser evitado. Tive uma muito má experiência durante a minha estadia. Apanhei um choque elétrico ao tocar na mesinha de cabeceira durante a noite, onde tinha o telemóvel a carregar. O telemóvel foi danificado, sem reparação possível. No entanto, até ao momento, o hotel não assumiu a responsabilidade. ENGLISH: Despite being well located, this hotel is poorly maintained and should be avoided. I had a very bad experience during my stay. I got an electric shock when I touched the bedside table at night, where my cell phone was charging. The cell phone was damaged beyond repair. However, to date, the hotel has not taken responsibility.
