Great value. The suite was spacious for 3 people. Parking was very easy at the mall next door. Central location- near the parkway and having the mall nearby was very convenient (there’s a food court and grocery store.) I would stay there again.

It is a nice hotel situated in the centre of Caldas next to a shopping centre. The rooms are of good size, clean, comfortable, functional but not that modern in style.
The breakfast was decent. The restaurant is rather pricy. We found an excellent fish restaurant on the backside of the hotel, below the shopping mall.
Free parking was offered in the garage of the shopping centre. Internet is reliable.

The air conditioning in our room did not work. We reported it to the desk, and a staff person went to our room and supposedly did a work around with the thermostat. It didn’t work. Thermostat was set to 17 and it was 27 in our room. At 2:00 am we were opening the window. Our room felt like a sauna. At checkout, we were offered apologies but no compensation.

Lovely hotel but we arrived during the power outage that hit all of Portugal. We had no internet nor a warm meal….but staff were extremely helpful. Somehow they managed a lovely salad and drinks. Parking was difficult.
