Kamar sudah disiapkan pada saat saya mencapai (sekitar jam 2 siang). Menyetorkan uang tunai $ 100 (dapat menggunakan kartu kredit juga) dengan penerimaan sebagai kebijakan hotel. Mencintai kamar, yang datang dengan bak mandi juga! Kamar bersih dan tidak ada masalah dengan itu. Ruang Tamu memiliki bilah Suara yang dapat terhubung ke Bluetooth untuk memutar musik, sementara kedua TV memiliki TV kabel (tidak ada koneksi ke Netflix). Mencintai lemari es raksasa dan kapsul kopi dan mesin kopi gratis:-) Saya harus menyebutkan bahwa ada begitu banyak colokan dinding di mana-mana, tidak perlu khawatir tidak memiliki cukup slot untuk perangkat Anda! TV kamar tidur tiba-tiba tidak berfungsi di malam hari (sekitar jam 12.30 pagi) tetapi menelepon resepsionis dan teknisi dengan cepat mengganti TV (membutuhkan waktu sekitar 15 menit). Untuk kolam renang rooftop, diharuskan memesan slot saat check-in. Perlu pergi ke lobi untuk mengambil kartu kunci di awal slot dan kembali di akhir slot. Handuk dapat ditemukan di sebelah kiri lift. Pemandangan dari kolam renang atap itu indah (dan saya pikir pemandangan malam akan lebih baik!) Lokasi hotel bagus. Tepat di lantai bawah ada 7-11 jika Anda ingin beberapa makanan ringan/minuman larut malam. Tepat di seberang jalan adalah Haji Lane, di mana Anda dapat mengunjungi beberapa kafe yang indah. Banyak tempat untuk dijelajahi di sekitar hotel. Percaya Suntec City juga berjarak sekitar 10-15 menit berjalan kaki dari hotel. Pengalaman menginap yang luar biasa secara keseluruhan dan akan senang untuk kembali lagi! Akan terus mencari penjualan/promo!

Saya suka kamarnya yang besar, layanan pelanggannya, fasilitasnya, dan areanya. Semuanya sempurna. Sangat puas. Satu-satunya hal yang dapat ditingkatkan adalah kebersihan toilet saat kami check in. Saya menemukan beberapa helai rambut di lantai dan di bak mandi. Semoga petugas kebersihan dapat lebih teliti saat membersihkan kamar untuk tamu berikutnya.

i have stayed in this serviced hotel many times. The personnel there are great. However, the shower room door is of poor design since it's prone to leaking shower water into the bathroom floor. The bathroom floor mat/towel cannot be lay flat in front of the shower room.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was quiet, spacious, and beautifully appointed, offering a comfortable retreat after a long day. Our only minor issue was the noticeable temperature difference between the main room and the bedroom, which required some adjustment.
While the hotel itself doesn’t offer breakfast, they directed us to their connected sister hotel, which has a breakfast buffet. The buffet was convenient but fairly average in quality. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the peaceful and well-designed accommodations.

The shower water will leak into the bathroom floor. I have stayed at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites at Beach road multiple times (you can check your records), this situation exists for all the rooms I stayed. Recently I stayed at one of Ascott's properties and found their shower room designed differently than yours and they don't have the shower water into the bathroom floor issue.

Overall decent stay in November 2024.
The check-in process took a lifetime though there is the option to do a portion electronically ahead of time, which is recommended. We did not and paid the price.
Our family booked 3 rooms here. The staff was nice enough to put us on the top floor for the sake of our baby due to construction below. (Construction is just starting and expected to get worse. Recommend staying at a high floor to avoid noise).
Two of the rooms we occupied had no issues. One room was problematic - the A/C unit was not consistent and the set temperature never held. The bedroom itself was always hot. We had someone come take a look but the issue was not resolved. Of note, we were told by the maintenance crew that there is actually no A/C vent in the bedroom and that the A/C vent is only in the main living area. The vent inside the bedroom is a return air vent. A/C would have to trickle into the bedroom from outside by keeping the bedroom door open.
The 3rd room also had a kitchen sink leak, which required maintenance.
Apart from these issues, stay was decent due to convenience. Rooms were equipped with a full kitchen set up, including cookware, tableware and utensils. Each room also had a washer/dryer (all-in one) unit. Would have been nice if the property provided an instruction manual. We manually pressed wash and dry for each load and had to time each cycle. We only found out later that the machine's "star cycle" included drying.

室内の設備はキッチンまわり、洗濯機などは申し分なかったのですが、寝室からアクセスするシャワー、トイレ等の水回りブースへの扉の鍵が上手く閉まらなかったり、スライドガラス扉に貼ってあるシートがところどころ禿げていたりと少し老朽化が目立ちました。
部屋の清掃等はとても素晴らしく、比較的快適に過ごせました。

We loved the space this property offered us. The room was clean, tidy and the bedding was comfortable. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance with a great atmosphere. There are 3 MRT stations within walking distance, each offering different lines.

Not so great - there is a lot of construction around which is a little unsightly, also the sofa in the living area is a sofa bed and not very comfortable as a sofa.
