Petit déjeuner lamentable pour le prix affiché Très peu de choix de pain confiture d’usine immonde viennoiseries ridicules et surtout les différents jus de fruits présentés ne sont pas de vrais jus de fruits pressés ils n’ont aucun goût

Clean and beautiful

Fernseher defekt, Kaffeemaschinen meistens defekt, Bett wackelig und unbequem. Lage sehr zentral mit Tiefgarage.

Our three nights stay at the AC Tenerife Marriott was fantastic especially the breakfast where you could help yourself to a good selection of food, including freshly cooked eggs of your choice. The roof top area, including the bar, was lovely.

There is nice blend of intimacy and ease with great staff service. I noticed a guest arriving who required quite a bit of attention and really put the staff member through some work. When all was done, it appeared that the guest was expecting valet service and the staff member took it upon herself to walk the guest to the elevator which was above and beyond what she was expected to do. Only critique, I originally booked a king size bed and discovered two twin size beds. I didn't make a big deal about it as it was during the carnival time which I imagine is very busy

Let’s get the negative out in the open first! Yes you can hear all the street noise and music playing. I stayed here during Carnival, and it was loud! It also continued til 6am. That said, the hotel did email me in advance about the noise, so it was my choice to stay. I’m glad I did, Santa Cruz knows how to party! The hotel even provided glitter beads so I could join in the experience. Yes, the hotel could do with some secondary glazing but that’s the only negative I have. It is a lovely hotel. immaculately clean, really friendly staff, and spacious well kept rooms and public areas. It was worth paying the €12 for breakfast, plenty of choice and tasty. The rooftop bar was excellent, both for drinks and lunch. There was Nespresso coffee in the room and at breakfast which is a big plus for me. Would I stay here again? Definitely!

Totally ok hotel. Pretty new. Nice bar and pool on rooftop. Good location. We had a room with a very limed "inner view", little bit feeling of no window at all. Room quite small.

Super hotel mis a part le parking qui est très étroit et pentu .

The hotel looks great, breakfast had decent spread. Other than that I don’t get parking slot, all was good

Staff was great and very polite. Sounds from the main street came to the room very clearly. Pool area and breakfast were great! Walking distance from bus terminal and tram stops.

Keurige kamers, bed wat wiebelig. Ontbijt okay. Wel lage stoelen.

Tout est parfait dans cet établissement parfaitement situé en plein centre ville ; proprete, confort, silence. Un conseil : difficile a localiser quand on arrive en voiture : pas de panneau indicateur de cet hotel (ni AC HOTEL ni MARIOTT et les noms de rues sont peu visibles). Il nous a fallu nous garer n'importe où et faire le tour de l'endroit pour le trouver

Lovely hotel with friendly staff in a central location (right by Plaza de Espana), nice rooftop pool (with good views of the city) and a great rooftop bar, serving restaurant food in a nice relaxed setting. The food and cocktails/drinks was of great quality and very reasonably priced (especially for a hotel!). The young ladies at the reception desk who served me when I checked in were lovely and very friendly, despite me arriving a bit confused because of my autism, they showed me directly how to get to my room and one of them visibly walked to the lift to show me where to go! Santa Cruz is a lovely city which I much preferred to my stay in Puerto de la Cruz. The lido and botanical gardens is amazing and the city has a great metro service (which goes all the way to the beautiful city of La Laguna). The lovely beach of Playa de las Teresitas is only a 10-15 mins drive away by taxi (only 4 miles!) and has golden sand imported from the Sahara and great mountain views. When I checked out, one of the friendly ladies who checked me in asked me what I thought of my stay and I had nothing but praise. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in a centrally located hotel in Santa Cruz!

Excellent centrally located hotel. Very clean and comfortable - right in the heart of the city.

Great hotel, but not situated at the beach as advertised - there is no beach close by! The chairs in the breakfast area are terrible; too low and soft. On Saturday the DJ music at the Terrace bar is very loud in the rooms just below.
