My room was immaculately clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with plush bedding, modern amenities, and a stunning view. The housekeeping staff maintained everything perfectly throughout my stay, and I appreciated the little touches, like nightly turndown service and complimentary bottled water.

It’s not great. Front desk staff very friendly and good service. The rest of the service leaves much to be desired.
The rooftop pool area is dirty understaffed and under services. The bartender is clearly new so taking that into consideration it blew my mind that no one came to help him or that he didn’t feel like he could ask for help I don’t know.
The rooms are tired due for revamp my guess would be they haven’t been updated since they opened in 2015.
The design of the rooms also not great. Over rated over priced, a lot of other nicer options in the area.

It was alright until we decided to go down for a breakfast one day where the server was very rude and looked at us like something on his shoe. It kinda ruined the whole experience for us. We ate and rushed out as we both felt uncomfortable. Reported it to management but of course nothing happened. Never again.

Beautiful hotel, easy arrival even late at night. Stayed as a solo straight female and I absolutely loved the vibe. The pool area is beautiful and peaceful and a noon checkout is amazing. Very easy to get to via the 24/7 aerobus.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in diesem Hotel passt definitiv. Die Zimmer sind modern, geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstück bietet alles, was man braucht. Das Personal im gesamten Haus ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Bei schönem Wetter kann man auf der Dachterrasse entspannen oder im Pool schwimmen. Rundum zu empfehlen!

Bar was closed both on the roof and in the lobby. The rooms are nice. There are limited amenities in the rooms, however. No tissues, no toothbrushes or toothpaste.
However the breakfast is good and the staff are friendly and helpful.

I’ve stayed here every time I’m in Barcelona over the past few years. The reception staff was always warm and welcoming, creating a really pleasant atmosphere. This time, while everything was fine overall, the vibe felt noticeably different- more technical and distant than before.. Would love to see that warm, personal touch return.

The rooms have some interesting features but this can be unhelpful. No actual mirror at the basin makes shaving safely and easily an impossibility. WiFi was patchy in my room at the corner of the property. Towels are very soft and fluffy. TV only has Spanish channels, that’s ok, but has a standby light so bright I had to use a jacket to cover it up.
