Beautiful hotel with nice and spacious rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff members. Perfectly located with lots of restaurants and, supermarkets and just a short walk from the Beach strip. Loved my stay here.

The hotel is closing for refurbishment and obviously needs it. The food could have been excellent but was a already just lukewarm. All the staff were excellent .

Food was very boring . Done with no professionalism. No taste, every day the same menu. Pool is very nice a lot of lounges. Very clean property. They should change pillows and bedding. House keeping was great. They are closing hotel by the end of this month for renovation. I hope they will change certain things. Over all property is very conviniently located.

The hotel was disappointing and is not a 5 star in my opinion. The arrival receptionist provided incorrect information regarding food on Xmas day, the food across our 6 day stay was acceptable but not of a 5 star hotel standard. Pool area lovely.

Excellent hotel!! Everything what is as pictured. Excellent location!! Only thing I would like to share is provide more vegan options, we were 13 of us staying 3 days and 5 of were vegan/veg with egg allergies. we did all inclusive. There was same food 3 days for vegan, no desserts option at all. That was very disappointing for us.

Nice hotel and very friendly service. Little minus that there was no snacks (fruits etc) for those who arrive late (maybe due the flight delay) but still have the full / half board. Pool area was nice, lots of sun beds and three pools. Gym was ok.
