AmazIng for our family holiday it was perfect new clean

全体的にはとても良かったです。色々なイベントもあり楽しめましあ。細かい事を言うとエレベーターの待ち時間が異常に長い、部屋のエアコンを切っても寒かったです。夏にまた泊まってみる価値はあります。

Sometimes we had a difficulty to access wifi due to network problem in our room and at the entrance. However we think that the services were very good for us totally.

Staff were incredibly helpful and the pool area is beautiful and very easy to get a sun lounger

Excellent, well run hotel with very accommodating staff. Food although themed each night didn’t always give a variety on non themed options.

Most people didn’t seem to have AI and so certain items not an available and pool bar / resturant menu fairly restrictive. Plenty activities and animation team activities. Tennis courts no longer exist which was a shame - 1squash court available. Pool areas wonderful loads of beds but busy. Nice thick cushions. All staff in all areas were very helpful and friendly.

Personal impecable, todo amabilidad

Kunnostetut huoneet siistejä ja mukavia. Aamupala hyvä mutta ei erinomainen. Kaksi lämmitettyä ja erittäin siistiä allasta, varsinkin aikuisten allasalue kattoterassilla oli mahtava. Olimme hotellissa 11 yötä maaliskuun puolivälin nurkilla ja toivoimme jo etukäteen sekä tiskillä kirjautuessa allasnäkymää auringon puolelta. Huoneeseen päästyämme totesimme olevamme takapihan varjoisella puolella lasten vesimaailman yläpuolella. Eli pieni allas kyllä oli näkyvissä. Kysyimme mahdollisuutta saada huone toiselta puolelta hotellia lisämaksusta. Meille luvattiin että asiaan palataan 1-2 päivän kuluessa. Hintakin kerrottiin. Yhteydenottoa ei kuitenkaan koskaan tapahtunut. Samoin kävi huoneeseen kuuluvien kylpytakkien kanssa, pyysimme vaihtoa reilumpiin kokoihin, asia luvattiin hoitaa ja saimmekin uudet versiot. Tosin ne olivat reilusti pienempiä kuin alkuperäiset. Mainitsimme asiasta vielä muutaman kerran mutta asian eteen ei enää tehty mitään. Olimme sitten ilman kylpytakkeja. Paikkaa mainostetaan viiden tähden hotellina, ulkoisesti se sitä onkin, mutta kommunikaationgelmat tiputtavat viimeisen viimeisen tähden pois. Viiden tähden hotellissa tehdään kaikki asiakkaan viihtyvyyden eteen, täällä se viimeinen silaus jäi puuttumaan. Siistijöille iso peukku, mukavia ja tehokkaita ihmisiä!

My stay at GF Gran Costa Adeje was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and perfectly located in Costa Adeje—just a short walk from great beaches, restaurants, and shops. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless, and the pool areas were stunning with plenty of space to relax. The food was also excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options at every meal. Overall, it was a truly relaxing and luxurious stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tenerife. I would definitely return.

Estancia corta pero muy gratificante. El personal de recepción muy amable y atento tanto en el check in como el check out. Instalaciones muy bien y hemos podido descansar y disfrutar de un fin de semana maravilloso. De 10

Hotel tres agréable particulièrement bien situé sur cette cote tres bétonnée Le personnel est particulièrement avenant et à l ecoute de la clientèle La propreté et la deco sont au top

- Personnel tres pro. Propreté de l'hotel, les animations le soir sont de tres bonnes qualité, la chambre est spacieuse et la literie est confortable, la tv est une tv connectee, le personnel de la reception est arrangeant. Localisation parfaite c'est tres animé a 5 min a pied de l'hotel, la piscine est chauffée et agréable pour se baigner meme debut mars. Tres bel hotel . - En axe d'amelioration, les femmes de menage en journée font beaucoup de bruit et parlent fort, notamment le matin des 8h ! Elles nous ont reveillées a plusieurs reprises. La salle de sport est certes tres bien mais petite pour un hotel de cet ampleur, le buffet est correct mais peu varié au niveau des patisseries, et il y a parfois une file d'attente juste pour manger ce qui est assez fou. Enfin, etant donné le prix du all inclusive, cest dommage quil ny ait que un buffet un petit resto de piscine. Pour le prix on s'attend a un stand de crepes, de glaces gratuites, de milkshake maison etc... en definitive, le all inclusive ne vaut pas le coup financierement il vaut mieux prendre la demie pension. Enfin, on a demandé une attention de la part de l'hotel car on a séjourné pour l'anniversaire de mon mari et nous n'avons rien eu, hormis une proposition de payer pour avoir des pétales de rose. Vu le prix de notre séjour, cest dommage. Aucune attention gratuite sur place.

My first time staying here and won’t be the last really enjoyed my time here loads of sunbathing areas breakfast was good loads of options the staff are really friendly and good at what they do the hotel is huge with really nice decor plants and trees and water features great swimming pools and has a nice wee gym for a daily workout, the room itself was really big and loads of space for clothes great comfortable bed nice bathroom and the tv has Netflix which was great I can definitely say I will be back. Thanks 🙏

Tres bel hotel parfaitement bien situé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. La tv est connectée et c'est possible de caster. Les soirées sont spectaculaires. Le personnel est parfait. Les buffets sont bons, pas mal de choix et vraiment de bonne qualité pour des buffets. En axe d'amélioration (il en faut toujours qq uns), à notre arrivée le mini frigo etait vide alors qu'on avait pris le all inclusive, c'est dommage, on aurait apprécié des boissons apres un vol matinal. De plus, j'avais envoyé 2 mails pour signaler l'anniversaire de mon mari et demander une attention, et pour poser questions et je n'ai pas eu de reponse. La piscine est un peu fraiche. Et enfin, les femmes de menage parlent fort a 8h du matin entre elle et on entend tout de la chambre, elles nous ont réveillés à plusieurs reprises... hormis ces quelques points, tres bon hotel, reception au top. c'etait parfait !
