One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. The room was pleasant, clean, and in great condition. The staff were helpful in spite of my poor Spanish and helped me with every issue. The staff even had some English which is not common in this part of Spain.The best thing was the welcome package, everything I or my partner could possibly need was provided, from the standard soaps and a hairdryer, to things like a razor, toothpaste and toothbrush, shoe horn, and feminine hygine products. I have never seen a bathroom equipped that well. I cannot reccomend highly enough
The hotel is only 30 minutes from town and directly adjacent to the bus station. There are several supermarkets and cafes nearby as well.
The only negative we encountered was that the air conditioning in our room failed part way through our stay, and they were unable to fix it after several attempts. This wasn't a major issue as we were able to open the windows.

Hotel muy completo, limpio, habitaciones amplias, desayuno tipo buffet excelente y el personal de 10. Restaurante- cafetería en el mismo hotel, gimnasio, piscina, parking privado y si no quieres pagar, hay parking público a la puerta del hotel y si no fácil aparcamiento en hospital, estación de autobús...Parada de buses a la puerta del hotel con varias combinaciones para ir al centro, aunque andando son 10 minutos. Para repetir siempre que vayamos

El problema, la ubicación. Al lado de un hospital y se oyen sirenas. Aparte, en el hotel, sobre las 8 de la mañana, estaban con el taladro realizando arreglos. NO SON HORAS!. Yo, me alojé x trabajo y llegué bastante tarde.. Con lo cuál, no dormí mucho.

Hotel bom, localização boa, quartos espaçosos e bem cuidados, um pouco antigo mas bem conservado, atendimento da recepção bom, café da manhã bom, mas o atendimento do senhor que gerencia o café da manhã é extremamente estupido, colocou os hóspedes que estavam terminando o café da manhã para fora, acendendo e apagando as luzes do salão e dizendo para sair pq já tinha acabado o horário do café. Tão grosseiro , desnecessário e estupido!
Tão mais fácil apenas fazer como fazem pessoas civilizadas ,se aproximando e educadamente avisando que o café já havia terminado, embora esses clientes já não estavam tomando mais café, estavam apenas concluindo alguma conversa e avisasse que iriam fechar.
Mas acender e apagar as luzes e falar: FORA, o horário acabou, foi no mínimo estupido é MUITO mau educado!

This is a super hotel close to everything in Badajoz. The staff were outstanding in their customer service and the hotel is superb. The breakfast there is extremely packed with all kinds of foods that you will not leave hungry. They prepare just about every breakfast item you can think of. Soggiorno con due notti. Personale alla reception giovane ma molto professionale. Camera ampia con letti super comfort. Condizionatore un poi’ rumoroso. Piscina piccola, e essendo agosto si riempie subito. Colazione molto varia soprattutto sul salato. Ottimo rapporto qualità’-prezzo.
