Todo perfecto, habitación amplia con 2 camas grandes. Cuarto se baño completo, me extraño que tuviese bañera en vez de ducha pero grande también. Las recepcionistas muy agradables y el parking espacioso

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. The room was pleasant, clean, and in great condition. The staff were helpful in spite of my poor Spanish and helped me with every issue. The staff even had some English which is not common in this part of Spain.The best thing was the welcome package, everything I or my partner could possibly need was provided, from the standard soaps and a hairdryer, to things like a razor, toothpaste and toothbrush, shoe horn, and feminine hygine products. I have never seen a bathroom equipped that well. I cannot reccomend highly enough
The hotel is only 30 minutes from town and directly adjacent to the bus station. There are several supermarkets and cafes nearby as well.
The only negative we encountered was that the air conditioning in our room failed part way through our stay, and they were unable to fix it after several attempts. This wasn't a major issue as we were able to open the windows.

房間黑漆漆，洗手間設計發神經，沖涼時間不停漏水，全地面濕透，還有未住過無抽氣的洗手間，沖涼後濕氣滿天，難道要 滋生細菌!
另每年都來西班牙度假幾次，很少不是中心點的酒店要付停車費，我原本留了一車位，但到達酒店外已大量免費車位在等著我的汽車，所以不用11歐元停在酒店!

Everything was fine until three days later my daughter(an 8-year-old) and I were packing to check out and we found an old paper bag with her toys was gone. They insisted they didn't mistake it as trash and accidentally threw it away. And I was quite sure we had it when checking into the hotel because the first day in Badajoz I shopped some clothes for me and my daughter and came back to the hotel, putting a new paper bag into it. So since I couldn't do anything and the situation was not pleasant, I asked them if they could call the bus station, which is across the street, to see if we left the bag in the Flixbus we took from Evora to Badajoz. But they felt relieved that they were off the hook and didn't want to make a call for us. Any hotels, without stars, in Asia would have been much more helpful than that. We went over to the station and there was a Flixbus window there but I don't speak Spanish and the guy doesn't speak English. Very helpless, we felt. With the experience of guesthouses and hotels I've stayed over 34 countries, I certainly advised this hotel to make a phone call to make their guests feel better, if there's a next time.

The staff at this hotel are excellent, extremely friendly and professional. The hotel is also very clean.
However, there a number of installation issues whic affected my stay: the flush on the toilet did not work properly, it was very difficult to get the shower to work, and the air conditioning was extremely loud. While the pool was nice, it was a lot smaller than the photos reflect and the music playing there was far too loud.
