Cleaning of the room could be better, not enough cutlery in the room, not enough space for the clothes, bathroom utilities didn’t work properly. Breakfast was very ordinary with the limited amounts of food. As VIP Expedia members we were given a free bottle of wine but the staff told us that we received the 2 vouchers for the drinks, we were not allowed to have a bottle. After some discussion, we finally got it with the very unpleasant message from the staff. After this message, we won’t advise staying at this hotel.

The staff are extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. The location is also excellent. However, the room comfort is very poor. The towels are rough and feel like sandpaper, and the sheets and pillows are of very low quality. The pillow, in particular, is bottom-tier and completely compromises sleep quality. Cleanliness is inadequate: there is visible dust buildup in the corners of the room, indicating that cleaning is not done properly or with sufficient frequency (as shown in the photos). Breakfast is made up of very low-quality products. In addition, the cleaning products used have an extremely strong smell, to the point of causing nausea. In summary, despite the great location and very friendly, professional staff, the hotel urgently needs to improve its standards of comfort, cleanliness, and product quality.

The room was very clean and spacious the stay was very friendly and helpful and the morning breakfast was very good Aida the breakfast staff was very nice, every morning she would make us a special hot chocolate. The location is also very convenient to walk to a lot of the Barcelona tourists spots.
