Very Good location, Room with great amenities, book to stay 1 night and the day of check out we pass 11:00 for 12minutes and they make a call to the room calling about what why we are stay in the room. I feel the call was unnecessary and the tone they used was unprofessional.

It’s a good location and quiet sleeping environment. Breakfast is ok like a regular American breakfast. The communication with their staff in English IS challenging. I asked the kitchen to prepare a breakfast to take out for two days in a row to both front desk person Marc and to the kitchen lady. But i didn’t see any takeout food prepared on the day. It’s a hotel recommended by ChatGPT. I believe their group has a certain marketing deal. I will try somewhere else next time.
