A big pat on the back to me for booking this hotel. Location was excellent, hotel was lovely, staff were all friendly and attentive. Would have no hesitation in recommending for anyone visiting Seville

LOVED the hotel - great location, awesome rooms, staff etc - HOWEVER the hotel should notify the incoming guests BEFORE ARRIVING that the place is impossible to get to with google maps, etc. Apple Maps and Google Maps simply do not work in this section of town due to the pedestrian only streets. The alley streets are so narrow that if you find yourself at a dead end, it is trecherous having to back-out. We ended up hiring a local taxi to lead us to the hotel as the local drivers are the only ones who know how to drive there

Stunning hotel right in the middle of all of the action in Seville. Great roof terrace and pool and the rooms were perfect.

Excellent front desk and breakfast staff. Throughout our stay, everyone responded to our requests with Spanish charm, courteousness, and respect. The breakfast leaves nothing to want for; it is beautifully presented and freshly made. The location is perfect for touring and local dining. Highly recommended.

This hotels location was great however the room was dirty, smelled of urine when we walked in. I’m 1000% sure the floors have never been sweated or mopped. We had to clean our feet every time we walked bare foot, and had to clean our luggage’s. Bathroom is small and I’m 5,1 130lbs. I think we over paid for this hotel and wish we would’ve stayed somewhere else for the value. We tried the terrace bar and waited an hour for s Brice ordered and never received our drinks waited another hour and they looked at me like he’s never seen me so we left. No space in the room, it’s very small we could barely open our luggage’s so we had to stack them on top of each other when looking for items. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Una propiedad de ensueno,el unico problema q confronte fue con el aire acondionado q no enfriaba bien y el inodoro no bajaba bien tampoco pero de lo demas excelente.

Heel centraal gelegen, ideaal voor een stedentrip. Mooi en net hotel met een super ontbijt.

Beautiful rooms and courtyard, all well maintained and clean. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Loved our dinner in the hotel restaurant, featuring traditional Spanish dishes with a twist. Standout moment was the rooftop bar with live flamenco guitar performance at sunset, with a breathtaking view of the cathedral. Would absolutely return to enjoy this beautiful property again!

The hotel seemed to be charming and well maintained on the website but the reality is different. It seems that it has been abandoned: you can notice everywhere that the paintings or details are not being refreshed. There was a bad smell (coming from the shower drain apparently) when we entered the room, which stayed the whole time. The shower was leaking. The mattress was not good. Room pretty small. Reakfast is good. They don’t have enough staff. It is impossible to talk to reception when you have a problem. 1 person has to do everything! Location is good and staff in nice, but there is a feeling of disappointment during the stay as you don’t get what you expect at all levels.

Modern hotel with respect to the historical significance in the neighborhood. Walking distance to several impressive Seville landmarks.

Recientemente, tuve una experiencia profundamente desagradable y peligrosa en este hotel, que me obliga a compartir mi opinión para alertar a futuros huéspedes. Durante nuestra estancia, decidimos visitar la terraza para tomar algunas fotos. Al llegar, inicialmente se nos informó que no podíamos acceder porque supuestamente había un evento en curso. Sin embargo, era evidente que no había ningún evento en ese momento; entonces nos permitieron pasar para tomar fotos, lo que hicimos rápidamente, no más de cinco minutos. Al regresar para bajar al lobby, el personal de la terraza nos dijo que el elevador ya no funcionaba y que ellos no trabajaban para el hotel y que no podían hacer nada para solucionar el problema del elevador. En lugar de ofrecernos una solución segura, nos obligaron a bajar por unas escaleras de caracol que claramente eran de mantenimiento. Estas escaleras estaban en pésimas condiciones: grafiteadas, sin iluminación y claramente no aptas para el tránsito de personas, especialmente de personas mayores. Mis padres, que son de la tercera edad, se vieron forzados a descender por estas escaleras en total oscuridad, usando la luz de nuestros teléfonos móviles para poder ver. Esta situación no solo fue humillante, sino extremadamente peligrosa. El riesgo de que sufrieran una caída fue altísimo, y no puedo dejar de pensar en lo que podría haber pasado.
