로스 세이세스 세비야, 아 트리부테 포트폴리오 호텔

서구인과 달리 아시안을 대하는 직원의 태도가 거만합니다. 와이파이가 약해서 불편했습니다. 숙박내내 방문 센서가 고장이어서 방문열때마다 일일이 로비로 가서 직원을 불러서 열어야 했고 직원들은 손님들의 블편에 대해 미안하다는 말한마디 없이 힘든기색만 보이더군요. 그외 수영장 이용이나 위치접근성은 좋습니다. 다음에 갈때는 다시 이용할지는 수영장 이외는 별로라 망설여지는 호텔입니다.

위치는 정말 괜찮았어요. 대성당에서 5분 거리라 이동하기는 정말 편했어요~ 근데 그거 빼고는.. ㅜㅜ 호텔이 약간 오래된 느낌이었구,일단 옷장도 너무 낡아서 옷을 걸기가 싫었어요. 솔직히 호텔에 들어가기가 싫었네요.. 방도 방이지만 화장실이 정말 너무.. 타일도 일단 너무 지저분 하고 샤워기 있는 부분도 바닥이 정말 무슨 시멘트 바닥이어서 밟기도 싫었어요.세비야는 너무 좋았지만 호텔에서는 1분도 있기 싫어서 일부러 늦게 들어가고 그랬네요 ㅜㅜ 화장실에서 하수구 냄새가 너무 올라와서 room change를 요청 했는데, 보여주신 다른 방 상태가 더 좋아서 그냥 있는다고 했어요. 방에서 하수구 냄새도 나고 상태도 안좋다 보니 일단 방 안에서 뭘 먹을수가 없었네요.. ㅜㅜ 근데여러가지 물어보거나 요청할때 스태프분이 이것저것 잘 도와주셔서 그건 좋았어요~~

I am a backpacker who booked the hotels of the similar budget for my travel weeks. This hotel had the best facility/location/breakfast etc. It was a huge luxury for the backpacker. The interior was beautiful. The location was also quite cool. The breakfast worth its price. However, the service was the Worst, not in my list of hotels for this backpacking, but in my entire hotel experience. When I entered the hotel, the receptionists did not even look at me. Yes, they were busy doing their stuffs, but they did not say any kind words like 'sit down here' or 'wait a second'. After finishing their stuffs they offered such a cold and automatic check in. Things were not so different when I passed the reception for several times while I stayed. I still wonder if it was that difficult to look at or smile a t a customer. On the night, there was another lady at the front. She was kind and nice. I went downstairs to ask for 'do not disturb' sign that my room lack of, since I Hate cleaning service. She told me she would tell cleaning lady not to enter my room, instead of giving me the sign. However, when I went back hotel I was appaled. The room was... Cleaned. It was such an embarassment since I left my belongings including valuables and money scattered around the room, let alone the room was messy. The hotel itself was good. However, because of the service quality, I felt as if I were sleeping in the house of some rich aunt whom I really don't know.

성당 등 관광중심가 바로 옆임. 도보로 주위에서 맛있는 식사 가능. 호텔서 추천하는 플라멩코 뮤지엄의 플라멩코 공연 멋졌음. 새벽에 early checkin 받아주며 어떤 질문에도 친절한 서비스. 유일한 단점은 1월에 좀 썰렁한 객실과 화장실 하수구냄새.

A big pat on the back to me for booking this hotel. Location was excellent, hotel was lovely, staff were all friendly and attentive. Would have no hesitation in recommending for anyone visiting Seville

LOVED the hotel - great location, awesome rooms, staff etc - HOWEVER the hotel should notify the incoming guests BEFORE ARRIVING that the place is impossible to get to with google maps, etc. Apple Maps and Google Maps simply do not work in this section of town due to the pedestrian only streets. The alley streets are so narrow that if you find yourself at a dead end, it is trecherous having to back-out. We ended up hiring a local taxi to lead us to the hotel as the local drivers are the only ones who know how to drive there

Stunning hotel right in the middle of all of the action in Seville. Great roof terrace and pool and the rooms were perfect.

Excellent front desk and breakfast staff. Throughout our stay, everyone responded to our requests with Spanish charm, courteousness, and respect. The breakfast leaves nothing to want for; it is beautifully presented and freshly made. The location is perfect for touring and local dining. Highly recommended.

This hotels location was great however the room was dirty, smelled of urine when we walked in. I’m 1000% sure the floors have never been sweated or mopped. We had to clean our feet every time we walked bare foot, and had to clean our luggage’s. Bathroom is small and I’m 5,1 130lbs. I think we over paid for this hotel and wish we would’ve stayed somewhere else for the value. We tried the terrace bar and waited an hour for s Brice ordered and never received our drinks waited another hour and they looked at me like he’s never seen me so we left. No space in the room, it’s very small we could barely open our luggage’s so we had to stack them on top of each other when looking for items. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Una propiedad de ensueno,el unico problema q confronte fue con el aire acondionado q no enfriaba bien y el inodoro no bajaba bien tampoco pero de lo demas excelente.
