The stay was overall good. The hotel was clean, but the bathroom and shower had a really bad sewage smell. I also had some concerns that there might be bed bugs. Other than that, the breakfast was good, the location was excellent, and the customer service was helpful.

The only great thing about the hotel is that it’s walking distance to Plaza España. The hotel itself is in poor condition. The lobby is nice but the floors and rooms are very poor. They definitely need to renovate the hotel. The pool area and food at the restaurant was very good.

Staff friendly, hotel a bit tired, rooms comfy, pool excellent (although they do need to address the number of sunbeds "reserved" with towels that no-one uses for 1hour+). Really well positioned for exploring Seville. Parking was unavailable when we were there so parked 5 mins away in Parking San Bernardo which turned out cheaper anyway. There is a great tapas bar just up the street (Royalti) and a cafe bar almost next door for breakfast (Casa Ruis) where all the locals go, so you know its good

The location is great. Near public transport and so many parks. The hotel itself spacious and welcoming. Staff are engaging and welcoming and try to help you whatever they can. Service at The level is impeccable. Will return again.

I don’t believe that the images of the property live up to how it actually is in person which was unfortunate. I walked away from my table at the pool bar after waiting for over an hour to be served food, when it finally arrived, the meat was undercooked. I woke up to a dripping sound early in the morning, it progressively got worse until I realized water was pouring through the ceiling in the hallway and the floor was soaked and smelly. The rooms are okay, noise carries very far. The bathrooms need work, it felt like the shower floor was going to cave in. Overall it’s an okay hotel but lower your expectations based on the marketing photos. It was clean for the most part. The location is fantastic for access to Plaza de España, not so good for access to restaurants or the Real Alcázar.

El hotel esta en reformas y no se informo los detalles.. en el momento de la reserva. Sus ascensores estan en mantenimiento, por tanto hay q esperar bastante a que lleguen. Su parqueo cerrado, tambien debido a la reforma...tuvimos que aparcar en el hotel Giralda pagar 22 euros la noche y caminar con nuestras maletas ....Reservamos este hotel por su cercania a Plaza España y por ser de la cadena Melia...pero la verdad, no merecio la pena. Pagamos el desayuno...tampoco lo recomiendo, no estaba mal, pero muy caro, Frente al hotel se encuentra la taberna Marmol, donde tienen una cocina de 10 y opciones mucho mas accesibles. Nos toco una habitacion en el piso 6, la habitacion como tal si estaba limpia..las alfombras del piso 6 en general, viejisimas. De esta experiencia destaco su personal amable.
