The room is clean but outdated. The slamming of doors a bit annoying. But the staff of level team work efficiently and whole -heartedly for arranging private transfer for my visit though my plan changes later. The hotel just within 5 min walk to Plaza de Espana is perfect.

Lovely stay at one of the level rooms. Very convenient to have the lounge access that we utilised at some point every day during our stay. The rooms were clean and modern.

The hotel needs some TLC specially our room bathroom. It looks old and it needs some upgrades. The personnel was amazing!

Very good hotel and great staff. Breakfast is fabulous. Very close to the Plaza de España.

The location of the hotel is great. The amenities are also great there is everything you need and more. The straight access to the hotel lobby from the underground parking is amazing. There is also a taxi station right in front of the hotel which is very handy too.

Rundown hotel and food poisoning. This is not a 4 star hotel. Maybe in the 1980s when it was built but now it is rundown and needs major remodeling. My family member had sangria and a hamburger at the pool bar and after a few hours began vomiting and having diarrhea for hours. It was her only meal that day so we know it is the hotel's fault. Broken elevators on lobby and first floors. Broken outlets in room. Broken closet door that allows you to see into toilet. Loud sound from bathroom all night. Sound persisted with A/C turned off. Could not sleep due to heat and loud sound. We were moved to a new room that had ants and the shower didnt drain. It tooks hours and several phone calls to switch rooms. They LIED to me saying the hotel is sold out when I saw on their website rooms are available. Awful service, rooms, and food.

It’s quite a walk to main plazas, but worth it.

Staff was friendly, pool was fantastic. There was construction going on so it was a little noisy in the early morning hours.

The stay was overall good. The hotel was clean, but the bathroom and shower had a really bad sewage smell. I also had some concerns that there might be bed bugs. Other than that, the breakfast was good, the location was excellent, and the customer service was helpful.

Cómoda localización, limpio y no ruidoso

Service was impeccable. Location great. Food was very good. You could either walk to centre or take a tram. Two parks nearby. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Cannot fault anything.

The only great thing about the hotel is that it’s walking distance to Plaza España. The hotel itself is in poor condition. The lobby is nice but the floors and rooms are very poor. They definitely need to renovate the hotel. The pool area and food at the restaurant was very good.

Staff friendly, hotel a bit tired, rooms comfy, pool excellent (although they do need to address the number of sunbeds "reserved" with towels that no-one uses for 1hour+). Really well positioned for exploring Seville. Parking was unavailable when we were there so parked 5 mins away in Parking San Bernardo which turned out cheaper anyway. There is a great tapas bar just up the street (Royalti) and a cafe bar almost next door for breakfast (Casa Ruis) where all the locals go, so you know its good

Great location, great pool area that has views of back of Plaza de Espana. Rooms a little dated but I'm told they're refurbishing currently. Great cocktails at pool bar. Would definitely stay again.

El gimnasio Terrible, Muy Malo , solo 1 trotadora ( chiquita y mala ) y 2 ciclas viejas ( una que no sirve ), espacio encerrado y además difícil de encontrar
