We had booked a deluxe room and tried to upgrade, but never received confirmation. Upon check-in, the receptionist (an Italian girl—honestly terrible at her job) assured us we had a “nice” room. In reality, it was one of the worst we’ve ever stayed in—and we travel a lot! It was in the basement, right next to the elevator, with two single beds instead of the king we had booked. It was dark, smelly, and the window was practically on the street. My partner went back to reception and luckily met Katharina, who was amazing and provided top-notch service. Unlike the first girl—who claimed the hotel was fully booked—Katharina was happy to show us other options. In the end, we upgraded to a lovely junior suite for a reasonable extra fee. The room itself was nice but way too hot, and we couldn’t adjust the temperature. The hotel overall was decent, though we’ve stayed at better Hard Rock Hotels. The spa was nice, and the breakfast was great—especially since it was included. As high-level members, we had free parking and were told we could charge our car in the garage. However, the only option was a regular socket, not one suited for an electric car. Eventually, we found a proper charging station outside, but it required a separate payment. Overall, it was a nice stay in a good location, but there were definitely some frustrating moments!

Wir waren zum Skifahren in Davos und unser Aufenthalt war fantastisch! Auch das Wellnessangebot hat für ein paar entspannte Stunden vollkommen ausgereicht. Ich habe ein Upgrade auf eine Suite bekommen – das Zimmer war sensationell groß, super ausgestattet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Tiefgarage war vorhanden, der Preis war fair. Rundum ein top Erlebnis! Gerne wieder.

Wir sind regelmässige Hotelgäste im Hard Rock und bisher immer sehr zufrieden mit den Aufenthalten, so dass es uns immer wieder hierher zieht. Beim Check In gestern waren wir jedoch ausserordentlich enttäuscht über die Zimmergrösse. Die Zimmer sind generell sehr klein im HardRock, das sind wir uns gewohnt, aber das Zimmer war wirklich mit Abstand das kleinste Zimmer welches wir hatten. Das Bett hat sich angefühlt wie in einem Wohnwagen. Beim Schlafen kam ich beim ausstrecken der Beine an die Wand. War keine erholsame ama Nacht nach einem aktiven Sporttag, den wir uns eigentlich gewünscht haben. Wirklich sehr schade und für diesen Preis absolut nicht Wert. Das Personal ist wie immer super freundlich und sehr Kundenorientiert. Das Hotel war ausgebucht und wir keine Nerven für die Suche eines neuen Hotels, deshalb haben wir stillschweigend die Situation so akzeptiert.

The hotel has big, well-maintained, modern rooms. We liked the breakfast, and the restaurant is also an excellent option for lunch and dinner if you don't feel like going out. The gym is well-equipped for cardio and strength training (including a barbell rack, dumbells, etc). The spa feels basic, but it's enough for a ski holiday. Parking spaces are limited. There is free parking outside, but it is almost always full, and there is paid underground parking, which you must reserve via phone in advance. If you want to take the car out, reserve a space and hope the barrier works (otherwise, they can't guarantee the spot). Parking is the main inconvenience for this hotel. The staff was great.

Super Unterkunft hat echt alles gepasst soweit. Außer das WLAN welches in unserem Zimmer sehr instabil und schwach war (Zimmer neben/hinter dem Aufzug A) ansonsten war alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Great location in central Davos, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Perfect for a short ski trip with proximity to many mountains. Breakfast is great.

Alles ok gewesen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Good location , close to bus stops easy walking distance to train station even though slightly up hill. Nice breakfasts … great view from balcony and swing seat !

schon zum zweiten mal innerhalb eines jahres im hard rock hotel, sehr empfehlenswert

Hotel carino ed accogliente. Bella e ben attrezzata la spa. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione buona. Parcheggio incluso come utente gold di expedia. Unica pecca il lavandino della camera, davvero troppo piccolo al punto da essere al limite dell'utilizzabile e l'assenza del frigobar in camera. Probabilmente ciò è dovuto al fatto che ho alloggiato nella camera più economica. Nota positiva, come già accennato, la colazione con presenza di prodotti anche per gli intolleranti al lattosio (come latte delattosato e bevande vegetali) e per celiaci (qualche merendina confezionata e una torta fatta da loro vegan e senza glutine). In conclusione, un soggiorno piacevole e se avrò occasione tornerò, magari valutando meglio quale camera scelgo al momento della prenotazione.

Super Frühstück. Nachtessen kleine Auswahl und kleine Portionen. Preis gehobene Klasse.

Wir waren das zweite mal hier und uns ist aufgefallen dass das Frühstück auf "Sparflamme" gefahren wurde und die Auswahl eher bescheiden und billig herüber kam. Das Rührei ist aber zum Glück immer noch SUPER! Davos war schon immer international aber dass das Personal überhaupt kein Deutsch spricht (Spa Bereich), ist etwas traurig. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer nicht wirklich "Hard Rock" und kommen mir eher wie ein Altersheim vor. Daran ändert sich leider auch nichts wenn man den Rest des Hotels betrachtet. Es ist wirklich nichts übermässig schlecht aber auch leider nichts übermässig gut (ausser das Rührei) Wir wissen worauf wir uns einlassen und dies ist OK für uns aber wenn Ihr nach Davos kommt um das "Hard Rock Feeling" zu erleben, könnte dies für Enttäuschung sorgen. Abschliessend wäre noch zu erwähnen das der Spa Bereich mit Pool und Whirlpool eigentlich super ist, wenn es nicht so hoffnungslos überfüllt wäre. Das ist bei einem vollen Haus auch nicht verwunderlich aber trotzdem erwähnenswert.

Preis-Leistung top, Restaurant hat Verbesserungspotential

Super tolles Hotel. Top Lage. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir würden wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Check in was delayed as the room was not ready. The receptionist couldn’t offer a solution and no excuse. The restaurant toilet was blocked for no reason for over 1h, we reported it several times but nothing happened. Furthermore, the staff told us to store the luggage in the car after we unloaded the car. We asked for a luggage room and the receptionist denied it.

Being my first time in Davos this hotel fulfilled all my expectations: Good location, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, not far not too close from the main mountain

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Allerdings war es so ausgelastet, dass wir in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus parkieren mussten. Das haben wir noch nie erlebt. Es wurde uns keine Entschädigung ausbezahlt oder gutgeschrieben.
