Camera bellissima e servizi offerti dalla struttura eccellenti. Personale alla reception molto cordiale e bene formata. A colazione molto apprezzate la possibilità di avere opzioni vegan. Location perfetta perché posizionata vicino a tutte le comodità, negozi e altre attività offerta dal paese di Davos.

Lets start with positive things, hotel is on great location. Hotel staff is nice and food at the restaurant is local swiss food menu, way different than real Hard Rock Cafe menu with classic American food, anyway good food. Now, negative things about the hotel. At the checkin we were given room which was two floor below ground, when we went to the room i was shocked. Room was barely in the basement, window wasooking half in the ground and half into parking lot where cars are parked 2 feet away from the window. Room size was approximately 10 square feet barely one small bed and tv. I went back to the reception and refused to stay in that room so was given a different room which was on a 2nd floor. This room was way different but again it was a little bigger than the first one. Negative things about the room: has no clothing cabinet in the room ( only ikea open hanger cabinet to hang on clothes), bathroom was size of 2 square meters, where the sink is so small that you cant even let water run and wash your teeth), door on bathroom had an opening on both sides that all smell comes directly from bathroom into the room - pathetic, windows on the room are also not sealed well - at night cold air comes through them that i had to put pillows around them so the air doesnt come and room stays warm. Overall i think that price of the accommodation does not meet standards what it offers.

The room I booked was not the one of the photos, the people of the hotel really rude cero information. I never stay again in this hotel

Schönes großes Zimmer und Bad, sauber. Wir waren zu dritt und haben für die 3. Person ein Klappbett mit dünner Matratze ins Zimmer gestellt bekommen. Für eine Nacht ok, aber längere Zeit nein. Das Personal war sehr gemischt gelaunt. Von gestresst bis sehr nett gab es alles. Wir stellen das in Zusammenhang mit der bevorstehenden Saisoneröffnung, wo die Abläufe noch nicht richtig sitzen.

Very nice property but the room was very small. 2 adults and 1 child and we had zero room for our suitcases or to walk around the bed

It was an overall amazing experience at the hotel. The room was in nice and very good conditions. Comfortable bed, modern bathroom, good curtains, enough space inside the wardrobe. The Soa was amazing super good distribution and optically nice. Much betttr then it looks on the website. 2 saunas, one steam bath, nice jacuzzi and good pool. The treatment facilities were top as well. The massage room was nice and the treatment by Carla was very good and professional. The spa staff was good especially Marco. Breakfast buffet was very good regarding quantity of choice and quality of the food. Very good service by the team Marí, Rene and Naike. For the dinner were enough options to. The check i and out was very friendly and efficient thanks to Erik

Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. DAs Frühstück war sehr lecker. Wir würden wieder kommen :)

XL and clean room, nice staff, some of the pool facilities were not working properly but overall a good experience

Tolle moderne Austattung. Schöne Zimmer mit ausreichender Größe. Das Waschbecken sollte etwas größer sein. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr freundliches Personal und toller Rockshop.

Beautiful hotel

Sehr nette und sympathische Receptionistin. Hat alles sehr ausführlich erklärt und alle Fragen beantwortet. Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen für Hockey besuche und anschliessenden Ausgang.

Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn die Zimmer über einen kleinen Kühlschrank verfügt hätten. Die Speisen waren hervorragend. mit freundlichen Grüssen, Familie Bruno und Brigitte Aucktor

Staff unfriendly , Parking was supposed to be free as VIP guess , i was charged 25CHF , the staff did not want to understand . The breakfast is a joke , nothing there
