Guiet, freindly and helpful

No elevator to bring the luggages to the 4th floor. No AC just a little fan. We had to sleep with the windows all opened without screen and place the little fan in the window to have some fresh air. Bathroom is also pretty small. We were ok but won’t book there if I return.

Der Preis ist zu hoch für das Zimmer. Zimmer und Bad hatte spuren von Vorgängern. Haare, Abfall, Staub etc. Sehr hellhörig. Das man Parkplatz separat noch reservieren und zahlen sollte, wurde spät mitgeteilt per Mail. Beschrieb auf der Buchungsplattform und der vom Hotel stimmten teilweise nicht überein. War daher verwirrend

DO NOT STAY!!! BED BUGS AND THEY LIEF ABOUT REFUNDING!!! I was checked into a dirty room that had bed bugs, cigarette ashes, stained sheets, crumbs, and scum all over the sink. We went to check out immediately. They have no staff and I had to communicate through a camera. He insisted goving me a new room but they have bed bugs in the hotel!!! We didnt want an infestation. He finally agreed that if I contacted Expedia, the mager in the morning would refund me in I dropped my keys off in the checkout box. I dod exactly this! They lied and they are now refusing my refund. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS FILTHY PLACE!!! THEY WILL GIVE YOU BED BUGS, LIE, AND STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!! When Expedia calls, they pretend to not speak English. They do speak it! They are crooks, theifs, and liars! I have never left a bad review despit my bad experiences. This place needs to be shut down.

EZ check in with no problem. It’s like a ticket kiosk. Very easy.

Bel hébergement avec vue a couper le souffle. Pas d'ascenseur( 4 étages) et le train passe devant mais on ne l'entend pratiquement pas. Route pas facile pour s'y rendre. On y a fait un excellent séjour !!!

This might be ok in the Summer months for hiking. Very inconvenient for travel. Stay in Visp instead.

This property was wonderfully convenient to the bus and train stop…I mean within 2-3 minutes. That was so nice. And it was clean and the door locked and we had the things we needed. Ausserberg was very quiet with nothing going on in the evenings and no restaurants or anything. There was a small grocery spot but it was closed. But, it did have cool old buildings. Wonderful little balcony we could sit out on. The price was right. We enjoyed our stay. But…there was no one un sight. They cleaned our rooms each day but we never saw anyone and there is no front desk. There looked like there might be a spot to grill or sit out front but there were a few rough loud men (employees?) that sat there every evening and morning and were kinda loud and cigarette smoke wafted up into our room through the windows every. That kinda bothered me. It made me feel like we could not go down there.

Die Unterkunft ist für ein Übernachten in Ordnung. Die Temperatur im Zimmer war nicht genügend (Reisezeit: 25.11.). Die Umgebung der Anlage wirk ziemlich triste. Das Brot zum Frühstück war sicher von Vorgestern. Der Kaffeeautomat liefert höchstens lauwarmes Wasser für einenTee.

Boden war nicht sauber. Hotel sehr geringhörig

Kein personal vorgefunden! Hotel Restaurant geschlossen! Mussten daher wider abreisen!

Var der for en dag. Det var helt greit. Men føltes litt som å være på leirskole. Gammeldags hotell men fin beliggenhet. Veldig lytt.

Check-in auf Bildschirm ohne Ankündigung No go! niemand da wenn es notwendig ist (heizung defekt, saukaltes Zimmer) keine Restauration vor Ort möglich: auf Website nirgends erwähnt. Nie wideder

Nous n'avons vu personne mais très bonne literie, chambre très propre.

What a beautiful location! We used the trains and buses so the hotel was very convenient. Someone was there to greet us upon arrival but there is a self check-in that is helpful when arriving at various times. Breakfast was available at an extra charge but can be eaten there or taken with you. The shower is in the room so with four people there was a little less privacy and space but beds were comfortable and it is very quiet. This was a great place for us to branch out from this little town daily on adventures.

I just don't know where to start with this hotel. My husband and our two 16 year old daughters were taking a quick trip around Switzerland using the rail system. After spending the day in Zermatt, due to train times and our planned actives, we did not have enough time to get back to Zurich that night. We decided to find something not too far from our route and continue on the next day. This hotel advertised that they speak four languages, have 24 hour checking with a clerk and we were able to pay through hotels.com. These are all VERY FALSE! We got to the hotel around 10pm and could not figure out where to go. Finally found an open door and we see a table in the corner with a paper and room key sitting on it. We realize that it is our information and must be our key with room number just sitting in the hall for anyone to grab. Not really the 24 hour clerk check in we were expecting. But continued to our room for the night. There was NO AC in room so had to leave window open all night. There was no screen and even with the window open it was too hot to sleep. The next morning, when we are getting ready to walk out, the owner stops us and asks us to pay. He only spoke Dutch and we had a very difficult time communicating. But what we discovered was that he said we had not paid for the room and would not let us leave until we gave him another card. Called Hotels.com and they tired to speak with him and could not. Der Empfang war unkompetent und unfreundlich. Wir hatten über ebookers für 2 Nächte gebucht. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass wir nach einer Nacht das Zimmer wechseln müssen mit fragwürdiger Begründung. Wenn man über ein Billigportal bucht, hat man diese Unannehmlichkeit in Kauf zu nehmen. Am andern Tag hat sich herausgestellt, dass wir nicht wechseln müssen, wir hatten den Koffer aber schon gepackt für den Zimmerumzug. Unnötiger Stress für 2 Nächte. Wir haben zweimal auf der Terrasse ein Nachtessen eingenommen, Essen sehr lecker und Bedienung vorzüglich.
