Check-in is only until 5:30pm and I informed the property that I would arrive after 6pm. Fortunately I had the phone number because when I arrived at the place instructed, there was no one there. A guard eventually came but it took much longer than it should have. The unit was nice but the floors were dirty and I asked for them to be mopped but they never were. I found out on the 2nd day that the sliding glass door to the unit did not lock but did not want to notify anyone until I left since I left a lot in the unit. They also charge 1300 baht for cleaning and for electricity. I was there 3 nights and they said I used 168 kWh despite having to take the one key with me when I left which turns off the electricity in the unit. The price was reasonable but the add-on charges, cleanliness and check-in process contributed to my overall rating.

Check in is crazy especially when arrivals are late and confusing because there are so many blocks; you don’t know where to enter to meet anyone in reception. The security guards keep the access keys and one block guard is not aware what others are doing. The fact we had to pay a deposit for utilities was not mentioned. Too many hidden facts.

The property profiles as a hotel but it is a pure serviced appartment but not really serviced. There is no 24 hour checkin. We arrived late and it took an hour to get keys from security guards who were untrained to serve guests with no English. There is minimal service and no facilities. We had to pay extra for electricity. That wasn’t clear on booking. There was no place to buy basics like water, tea or coffee and nothing in the appartment. The view of the golf course from the rooms was lovely and if you are choosing to self cater it might work for you. Overall it’s ok but if you are looking for a hotel experience choose somewhere else.

Really badly run apartment complex. No check in available. No mention of restaurant in the main hotel. Exhortation on electricity charges and extortion on a mates lost key which they had recovered! Far better places available. Stay away !!

Somewhat disappointed at the staff at the reception. If this is a tourist place , basic English skills are required. The staff were not helpful in many occasions. I am unsure if I will ever stay there again.

For the price it was a good size apartment with a nice balcony view of golf course. Very cheap towels and you only get 2. None for kitchen. Very long walk from reception or taxi/shuttle pickup. Pool is much too hot to be refreshing. No gym. Too far to walk to beach. Minimart is always closed. Bed hard as a rock. Asked for a topper which did help a little. Lots of construction going on in hotel so jack hammer is very annoying when in your room.

For the price it was a good size apartment with a nice balcony view of golf course. Very cheap towels and you only get 2. None for kitchen. Very long walk from reception or taxi/shuttle pickup. Pool is much too hot to be refreshing. No gym. Too far to walk to beach. Minimart is always closed. Bed hard as a rock. Asked for a topper which did help a little. Lots of construction going on in hotel so jack hammer is very annoying when in your room.

酒店較舊，房間寬敞，部份空調只有風，無冷氣出，晚上睡覺時會熱醒。游泳池畧小且不甚清潔，常見浮游物及水質不夠 清澈！前台服務員友善及helpful 。區內小巴方便。

booked for 5 days, checked out after 2 days . this place is in big need of refurbishment - very noise AC, cupboards are broken, towels were very old .... fridge was smelly , TV did not work ... reception unable to assist
