Blu' Beach Bungalows

Berbat bir yer, klimalar calismiyor, odalar avuc kadar, temizlik yok, ve gürültüden uyumaniz veya dinlenmeniz mümkün degil. Önceden rezervasyon yaptirdigimiz otele gelince, Önce Ödemeyi yapmamizi, sonra odalara gecebilecegimiz söylendi, odalari görüp hemen itiraz ettik, yetkilinin ciktigi, ve birsey yapilamayacagi söylendi. Berbat bir gecenin ardindan, Ertesi günü yetkiliye sikayelerimizi bildirdik, yapacak birsey olmadigi, bir kisim cezaya razi olmamiz halinde bile hicbir sekilde para iadesinin veya rezervasyon iptalinin söz konusu olamayacagi, bozuk klimalarin bir hafta sonra yapilabilecegi, v.s.... bir sürü can sikici olaydan sonra, Baska bir otele yerlestik. Dört arkadasimla birlikte kalmadigimiz berbat bir otel icin de dünya kadar para ödedik.

Leuke turquoise details in het hotel. Zelf de steandbedjes in kleur. Jammer dat hutjes in tuin weinig licht hebben. Je hoort t geluid vd weg. Restaurant en zwembad liggen erg mooi. Helaas restaurant tot 18 uur open en daar na dicht

Wir waren 3 Nächte auf Koh Samui und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, Die Bungalows sind schön eingerichtet und die Anlage sehr sauber. Der Pool- und Liegebereich am Strand ist sehr ansprechend. In Laufweite befinden sich verschiedene Restaurants, Bars, Reisebüros und Märkte.

Mysigt litet ställe med stranden nästan för sig själv! Sängen var lite för hård, det enda negativa. Lagom gångavstånd till Lamai centrum.

This place has potential! I'm sure it will be great next year. However: THEY MUST change room lamps to something more cosy and less glaring. The rooms are nice with hot shower. It's just by the beach but the restaurant and service seems to be in a startup phase.

Hôtel français, tenu par des français "à la cool" frôlant l'amateurisme hôtelier. Quand je suis arrivée le soir, le temps était couvert, l'hôtelier m'a fait comprendre qu'il fallait que je commande rapidement car il comptait renvoyer plus tôt le personnel de cuisine. Donc j'ai dîné à 18h... Il a fallu revenir pour demander le WIFI. Carte du restaurant française type snacking, onéreuse au regard des prix affichés sur l'île. Le mobilier dès bungalows est classique, pour ne pas dire dénué de charme et vieux (TV cathodique) mais la nuitée n'est pas trop chère donc on ne peut pas tout avoir ! La réaction du gestionnaire a carrément été déplacée lorsque j'ai annoncé mon départ anticipé alors même que tout était payé par avance et qu'il ne leur en coûtait rien. Mauvaise foi garantie.

The location is outstanding. It is quiet and attractive. The new French owners who live on the property, acquired the previously dilapidated hotel just about 8 months ago, and have made major improvements. My only real complaint was the truly bad mattress. I let the management know and they assured me that is in their immediate plans. Until then, I would not book there again, in spite of all the other appeals of the place. Otherwise, the restaurant is very good as you would expect from a French establishment. The patio is directly over the a very quiet and super clean section of Lamai beach. The restaurant is partly under a roof and some of the (new teak) tables are on the patio overlooking the water. Very appealing and romantic. Great place for a young couple (or any age) Nice lounge chairs and umbrellas and good (quick) serivice on the patio. The pool is not big, but impeccably clean. The staff are all fluent in English, and the management and supervisors all are native French speakers. Really attractive and comfortable, except for the beds. The management also assured me that the furnishings of the rooms are being upgraded too. They are basic now, but ok. I would definitely come again, with the assurance of a good mattress.

I cant begin to explain what a wonderful place this is! We had a great experience in our lil beach bungalow... it came with a deck and fridge and the beach there was more private than the hotels more south of us in Lamai.... it had the finest sand and warmest water.... plus the pool is right there on the ocean basically! Peaceful and private... simple room with what you need... and walking distance to the night market and busier areas of Lamai! The staff was my favorite part along with the amazing food... breakfast baguettes and popcorn shrimp (which were actually large shrimp fried perfectly)

Nice little resort. bungalows are simple and a little dated. Could use a renovation. Staff was friendly. pool and bar area were really nice. Rented a scooter from the resort which made things easy. about a 20 minute walk to Lamai beach so if you don't mind being a little away from the action then this place will work.

Booked in for 2 back to back periods (2 weeks and 4 weeks )only to find the hotel refurbishment far from finished.no kitchen/restaurant for 2 weeks.no bar to start and then just a fridge with beer in.bar not open in the evening anyway due to mine being the only occupied bungalow. As guests arrive they see the lack of facilities and move swiftly on.i have looked myself but have been unable to find suitable alternative accommodation for a 6 week period .mattress had to be replaced as broken springs sticking in my back.wifi only works sporadically. No tea coffee making facilities in room. I have to say though that zack and the ladies Have worked hard to recify anything in their power possible

Arrived in the evening and was shown bungalow room. Room was basic and bed sheets dirty. Air conditioning worked well. WiFi worked well in room. Had to ask how to use in room safe, however when approached staff were helpful. Gave us a lift to our next hotel at a good price. Hotel also does laundry at reasonable rate and came back very clean. Overall facilities looked a bit run down and the place lacked atmosphere. We enjoyed the peace and quiet however. Location was good, you can walk along the beach into Lamai, takes about 20/30 minutes. 7/11 within 5 minute walk Would stay here again if on a budget!

Der besitzer der weekender villa ist sehr nett, alle mitarbeiter sehr höflich. Das essen im hotel restaurant war auch gut, leider mussten wir in der letzten nacht feststellen dass es bettwanzen im zimmer gab.. Wem das nichts aus macht dem gefällt es sicher!

All the staff is very nice and helfull. Room was correct. View on the ocean is beautiful.

Very ordinary stay. Resort has an air of neglect. Thai offering temples at the entrance are in a state of disrepair. No tea bags or coffee in the room, safe was broken. On arrival a very drunk friend the owner was in the pool getting rather 'touchy freely'. Breakfast - worst food I ate in Thailand. Another friend of the owner behind the bar one night was rude to my friend & I when we left - possibly because we queried his taste in music ( Bon Jovi anyone.....) Saving grace was Adam - great staff member who made us feel welcome. Not what I expected.

Die 11 Bungalows sind von Bäumen eingewachsen. Zur Anlage gehört ein Restaurant mit Bar, eine Tischtennisplatte und ein Billardtisch. Ein kleiner Pool rundet das Angebot ab. Direkter Zugang zum Strand ist möglich.

Aufenthalt als Familie, wir hatten zwei Bungalows nebeneinander. Das angeschlossene Restautant bietet sowohl Thai, als auch westliche Küche und war sehr preiswert. Ein Pool sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Billiardtisch runden das Angebot ab. Der Strand ist angenehm ruhig und im Gegensatz zu anderen Abschnitten sehr sauber.

The bungalows are small and rustic but certainly clean and comfortable. There was no AC but the fan cooled the room adequately. The bathroom is small, you are showering directly over the toilet. Otherwise, the place is really nice. The staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and the property is right on a beach which is protected by a breakwater, so the waves aren't as high as at other resorts. There is also a small pool for the kids (or you) to swim. The best part is the courtyard, which has 4 ancient banyan trees which provide shade and keep the entire property cool even on the hottest of days. The longer I stayed here, the more I liked it.

Hotel staff were great but room was very basic. No air con, broken tiles ect but you get what you pay for.
