Stay away. Very average 1 star . No elevator. Old & very basic. Save money stay somewhere else.

The front desk was usually empty. The "lobby" was a very small water toy store with a small couch for the desk staff to sleep on when/if they were there. The shower did not drain properly. No tv/phone/window/elevator. Door to bathroom was filthy.

Hatte ein Zimmer ohne Fenster im Inneren des Hotels. Dadurch war auch kein Straßenlärm zu hören, obwohl die Straße gefühlt 24/7 stark befahren ist. Die Gastgeberin ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Für den Preis hat es mir sehr gut gefallen. Wie in allen Hotels in Thailand aber sehr dünne Wände und man würde alles vom Nachbarn hören. Ich hatte jedenfalls gute Nachbarn, die sich ruhig verhalten haben.

Rude, abrupt staff.. located by a workshop with hammering noises at night until at least 10 o’clock.. the entire property could use renovation..

Best staff

The place is ok, after all it was inexpensive and in Patong, 2nd road. I've lived in Phuket and know what's what and where. Most disappointed in the staff. They don't answer the phone when Expedia called and when I did several times. The woman at the hotel definitely didn't speak English and claimed not to speak Thai. I booked the hotel and another in Phuket Town for later in my visit several months ago and accidently booked them in the wrong month. I stayed in February and the accidental booking was in March. I finally spoke with the manager on the phone and she didn't commit to a refund and I never received one or heard back from her. The other hotel in Phuket refunded the mistake happily and quickly. Disappointing, but my mistake both with the wrong booking and booking this hotel. It happens but in hospitality the staff is everything and here it was very little.

Simple and cozy , the ladie whos take care of the olace is lovely

BT Inn is a good place if you are looking for a cheap place to crash in Phuket. It is five minutes to the beach and 15 to Bangla. Mei makes it all work.

Lovely stay for travelers on a budget. In a good part of town, close to the beach, restaurants and the hustle of Phuket. Very nice hotel staff and helped us book accommodations for a good price. Shower drainage could be improved, however might have just been our room.

Je me suis retrouvé avec une chambre au rez-de-chaussée, sans fenêtre avec un bruit d’enfer. Impossible de fermer de la nuit. Ce genre de choses ne devrait pas être proposé à la location

Sehr freundlicher Staff! Patong Beach und Bangla Road sind innerhalb von Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar :)
