Cloudotel Walking Street

Hotel has apparently been refurbished recently, so everything in room, lobby, and pool area looks new and fresh. Good size rooms, good value considering its close proximity to walking street. Pillows weren’t the best and the breakfast was okay, the staff was friendly. My biggest complaints are the water pressure is really weak and the 1 elevator is a disaster. Since the lobby is on the second floor you must walk up a flight of stairs or use a buzzer for lobby to send elevator to first floor to go to second floor then go from there to your room floor. You cannot go from room floor to ground floor either?? I found myself waiting for the elevator and on occasion would go up when I was suppose to be going down, etc… the building is older so on outside they covered with architectural metal which takes away from any view from the room but the pool area has a great view of beach road and the ocean. Idk why they didn’t install usb ports from charging when they did remodel.

The room clean, staff courteous and welcoming. Bathroom is not senior friendly bathtub is to high.

客室は奇麗でしたがシャワーを使用しようとしてもお湯にならず圧が低くてバスタブにお湯がたまるのに2時間以上かかりそうなくらい出ませんでした　　毎日フロントに言って３日目にようやく治りました。 プールは小さく物足りませんでした。朝飯が７時オープンでゴルフに行くのには遅いし350ﾊﾞｰﾂの値は無いです スタッフはみんな親切で明るかったけどチェックインの時のデポジットの2､000ﾊﾞｰﾂが戻らず文句言ってようやく計算して戻してくれた　2,000預けて1,000しか預けてないといわれなんかだまされた気分

The shower in the bathroom needs improvement. When showering water comes out of the bath tub.

This was my fourth time staying at this hotel and I normally love it but this time was underwhelming, my room smelled, I never had hot water even though I complained about it, and they now charge 500thb for every guest you bring. I will not be returning.

Visiting from Vancouver Canada . Nice hotel. Walking distance to beach and walking street , lots of food options around . Very hard to find a good budget hotel like this . Nice staff, very very clean , big breakfast buffet and good choices. We were very happy to stay at this hotel .

Bruyant la nuit , climatisation bruyante Pression de l'eau très insuffisante pour une douche correcte et impossible à régler petit déjeuner de qualité, Mais tout était froid . Enfin : la demande de réveil à 5 h45 le jour du départ pour l'aéroport n'a pas été faite !

all i can say is WOW. The hotel rooms are modern, clean and the staff is highly professional, and i used to work at the Four Seasons Hotels in Beverly Hills. Minutes away from walking street and you can see the ocean from the pool which is literally across the street. The breakfast buffett is AMAZING, Clean crisp quality food. The gym is tidy yet effective. The pool is great for tanning and has a bar. I actually renewed for several more days as i was very happy here.

シャワールームの水はけが悪く、床が水びたしになった。

The room was very nice. Comfortable and clean. My favorite employees were Van the night shift front desk clerk and James. I was disappointed with the daytime manager. I wanted to tell her how nice Van and James were but she just dismissed me snd wouldnt talk to me. The hotel is almost a block from Walking Street and the beach. Very convenient location.

The staff was great. They were nice and when I needed something they had the answer.
