Les notes et la revue sont basées sur le standing de l’hôtel et surtout le prix de la chambre. Moins de 30€ avec le petit déjeuner. Nous avons pris cet hôtel pour nous reposer quelques heures après le trajet chiang mai - Bangkok, fait de nuit avec une arrivée à 6h du matin. La réservation de notre « vrai » hôtel commençant à 14h, on avait réservé une chambre dans celui-ci. Sans prétention mais propre, avec ce qu’il faut. On pourrait y rester quelques jours sans problème. Le personnel est pro est sympathique

Smells, the hotel doesn’t smell, but the room, stains on the sheets, I opened the window just to see a wall. Staff is nice .

Cold water was not working in the shower. Shower floor was not properly cleaned. A lump of hair in the floor area of the shower has been there since we arrived. It is still there even in our last day of stay. I had to use slippers when showering to make sure I’m not directly stepping on the floor during shower as I am not sure whether it has been cleaned or not. Outside of that, the stay was good.

The property is definitely one star. The lobby area is nice but that’s about it. The rooms need major upgrades as well. There were some bugs in our room as well and we had notified the front desk staff. They stated that it was probably our fault because we probably ate food in the room (which we didn’t). Either way, suitable enough to just have a space to lay your head down after a day of exploring

The hotel is extremely clean and accolades to the housekeeping staff, they were all so kind and hardworking. As were the front desk staff, extreme dedication and always wanting to help or listen to any request. The room was comfortable and I enjoyed watching dual language movies on MoNo 29 in the evenings, simply select English or Thai, though I loved to watch with Thai subtitles.
