Chambre impeccable, superbe localisation proche du centre historique, personnel aimable et disponible. Simple avertissement du bruit de la nature en pleine nuit, mais une paire de boule quies palliera parfaitement le problème.

Was a neat and clean little place, easy walk to shops for food and close to tourist attractions. Manager was very obliging and was always helpful.

しっかり、管理をして施設を大切にしているホテルです。ビジネスホテルとは違い、自然の中で寝泊まりしている感じが味わえて、特別な雰囲気のあるホテルです。アユタヤでゆったりとした時間を過ごすことができます。 また、自転車も貸してくださるので、アユタヤの遺跡やレストランを自分でまわることができます。 高級さを求めるならおすすめはしませんが個人的にはよかったです。ホテルの方も親切でした。

Établissement très bien placé, beau bungalow et l’hôte est génial

Nous avions pris une chambre de type économique, mais il n’était pas indiqué que la douche et les WC étaient sur le palier et très basique. La chambre avait des murs en bois, laissant passer le jour, ainsi que le bruit de la rue et la chaleur. Il y avait bien un climatiseur mais très bruyant, ne nous permettant pas de dormir.

This was the perfect location to explore the historic sites. The hotel is lovely, particularly the garden and top veranda. The owner was very helpful as were the staff.

I enjoyed my stay. It’s clean and the terrace is very nice. Lots of nature. It’s also very close to the temples and some restaurants. Highly recommended.

Nice quiet location but close to the temples. Good value

This was a nice property, and the owner was helpful and accommodating. They have an honour system drink cooler, which was handy, and the coffee was complimentary. The location was fantastic, close to most of the key sites I wanted to see, and plenty of places to eat nearby. The negatives: The room was small. It was fine for one, but would be a little tight for more than one. The wifi was fine out on the little sitting area out front of the bungalow, and it was good at the foot of the bed. But if you were lying at the head of the bed, as you normally would, the wifi was almost non-existent. So that was inconvenient. The property has several bikes, but I was told they were all old and were broken. One of the reviews I saw for the property said they had bikes for use. I intended to use them, so they should have at least a couple of them fixed. There are plenty of places nearby to rent a bike, so there were other options, just not the one I hoped for. Overall a good experience, but with some things that could be improved (especially the wifi issue, which is critical these days)

Ligging mooi centraal, vriendelijke eigenaar die overal mee hielp. Gratis gebruik van fietsen. Gezellig en knus. Wij zaten in het "tuinhuisje" erg leuk. Zouden hier wel weer heen gaan.

We had a great 2 night stay at Niwas Ayutthaya! The bungalow was tidy and we enjoyed chilling on the front terrace. The location is fine and walking distance to places to eat and drink, we walked from the train station which took about 30mins. We had scrambled eggs for breakfast a few doors one way and hired bicycles a few the other way. Bicycles are the perfect way to explore the temples and park. They have a fridge with drinks that you can access and leave the money in an honesty box. We enjoyed that and the complimentary chips to go with our beer! It was a great stay. The owner is lovely and the place is looked after well. Would definitely recommend.

隣にコインランドリーがあります スタッフがとても愛想が良いです。 トイレとシャワーは専用ではあるが一度部屋から廊下に出ないと行けないのがすこし面倒。
