Great

We had a room with sea view. Loved it as the whole wall is a glass wall not just window so the view was great! Room and amenities were great as well. Buffet was not to be missed. I would return. If you don’t have to play on a beach or walk on a beach but just find a get-away place, this is a hotel to consider.

Check-in and room itself was perfectly fine. The issue came from the lounge access. I have never seen such a horribly maintained lounge. I visited for the free flow drink period. Front desk staff at the lounger were dismissive and didn’t really bother even checking in with us throughout the time we were there (marked difference from every other lounge I’ve ever been to). Drinks were a little underwhelming due to the lack of selection but the staff was great on that front. Food, on the other hand, was abysmal. Fish sticks were beyond chewy and tough. When they brought out a new batch, it was already cold and the final batch I decided to try tasted sour. They also offered fries, which were quite cold upon arrival. To make matters worse, they ran out of plates and didn't even bother filling them for well over ten minutes. The cake on top was the fact that they allowed children to stay at the lounge during this time period. Nearly 15 screaming kids really is a bad idea when drinks are involved. The following day, I visited the lounge a little before their afternoon tea time. I walked in and got a wave of the hand saying I can sit anywhere. There was literally one other guest but I ended up dodging 3 different tables due to their not having been cleaned. I truly have never had such a bad experience with a hotel that considers themselves a luxury hotel. Again, all other aspects of my stay were perfectly fine. It’s just this specific department that is a bad joke.

The hotel is in good location. It's close to the night market which has many restaurants and food stalls. The hotel is ver clean and has wide variety of breakfast options.

Experienced guests. Globetrotters. Stayed here 5 nights. Premium room lounge included. Room with sea view. Recommended. Facilities in room: Rain shower with only cold water. Low water pressure. Hard to flush toilet. Nasty odour on the floor where we stayed. Pool area: To many kids. Had to leave more than once. Pool bar SO expensive. One bottle of water 165 Baht!!! Breakfast; Crowded. Sat outside. Good spread. Had to ask for them to refill. Things ran out fast.Seemed like staff didn’t care. Lounge: Not cosy. Sticky tables. Had to wipe them myself. Food poor. Not tasty. Afternoon tea plus cocktail hour included Would not pay for lounge.No value for money, Will I stay here again. No,

Everything was great except for the noisy families with kids that made the pool area an impossible place to be at. Why not dedicate some time slots for only adults? Breakfast area very crowded and noisy after 8.30 am. No sun in pool area before noon. Pick a sea view.

Excellent all around. Very polite staff, lovely breakfast. Walking distance to Koh Loy and other places in town. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway!

Excellent hotel! Lots of food at breakfast including western food, lovely children's playroom.
