Great location a short 15 minute walk from Old Town. Very helpful tourist desk. Phenomenal breakfast selection including local cuisine, low fat / healthy options and soya milk for people with dietary needs. Diverse, air conditioned fitness centre.

Staff very helpful and welcoming, hotel is clean and pleasant, rooms are well sized and comfortable. Dining in the block around is limited, recommend a quick taxi to old town nearby for lots of good bars and restaurants.

check out took a while. they had to send staff to the room to verify things before you are cleared to go. toilet amenities were not replaced daily. overall, not a great experience given the Novotel branding.

Bra hotell med trevlig skybar (dock väldigt bullrig ventilation på utedelen av baren).
Bra rum. Dock bullrig ventilation. Saknade strömuttag vid sängen.
Restaurangen var bra men stoldynorna var väldigt smutsiga.
Generellt ett trevligt hotell men som sagt, några irriterande detaljer.

A great hotel just a short walk from Phuket old town’s centre - ideal for exploring but nice to be a short distance away so it didn’t get too noisy at night. The staff were really helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. We enjoyed the rooftop bar which had some great views. Breakfast was amazing too.

The front entrance and lobby were spectacular, the doormen, especially Por, and reception staff were fantastic and upon arrival we had high expectations for our stay. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t as grand as the entrance, it was adequate but a few things let it down. The view was poor, the cold water pressure was very low, the sink was tainted yellow and the shelf below it was not attached. There was no milk/creamer for the coffee in the room and no hair conditioner. There were also a number of positives, the air con was excellent, the bed was comfy and we slept great, it was very quiet. The sky bar was also beautiful with a good menu. Overall, good value for money.

5 star service just the property lacked in afew areas along with the fish market being opposite lots of noise from 3 am -12 pm smell normally goes away by about 1-2 pm when the water truck cleans it out
