Rooms were very clean. Staff were friendly and would help in any way possible. They would recommend tours/transfers and then book them. Food was great in the restaurant and the roof top pool is a good place to go at the end of the day with drinks and food available. The hotel is off the main road a couple of blocks which makes it very quiet but yet close enough to walk to the beach or shops. Or take a Tuk Tuk from the door, staff will arrange it. Excellent place to stay for your visit.

Return customers, this hotel is the only place i will stay in Karon. The staff are absolutely amazing, the hotel manager Mr Sun is one in a million, talks and laughs with the guests, he will get you a coffee. My wife became ill and without hesitation Mr Sun transported us some 20km to hospital and waited with us until were being looked after..you will not be disappointed staying here with Mr Sun and his amazing team

Unbelievable resort. Should be classified as a 5-star. The staff are the friendliest and most amazing people. Breakfast was amazing. Room was huge with a beautiful ocean view. The pool was by far the best, my wife and I spent hours of the day up there. The restaurant and food was top notch, especially considering you can get everything delivered wherever you are whether it be the pool, your room, or at a restaurant table. Laundry service was perfect and cheap. Simply amazing.

The room was clean, staff was absolutely amazing, and we had a stunning view from our room and the rooftop pool. The only slight negative was that our shower temperature only seemed to go molten lava hot or ice cold. Other than that, spectacular stay!

The food in the restaurant is great and reasonably priced, and so is the breakfast. My husband and I came here on our honeymoon and would stay here again! The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the beach and gorgeous sunset views from the hotel rooftop pool. Can’t say enough positive things about this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful time in Phuket!

Wat ons hart het meest gestolen heeft is dat we vanaf ‘s morgens tot en met avond in totaal drie keer verrast werden met felicitaties voor mijn vriends verjaardag. Had a lovely stay here at Pacific Club Resort! Thank you to Mr Sun and all the friendly staff to accommodate us and made us feel very welcome. The food was delicious. All made fresh! The rooms were beautiful and the bed was one of the most comfortable we ever slept in, and the resort itself is very beautiful with its Mediterranean style look. Location is very good only 10 mins walk to the beach and actually great value for price for our stay in Phuket! Very clean and maintained! Overall we really loved staying here and we’ll be back!

Had a lovely stay here at Pacific Club Resort! Thank you to Mr Sun and all the friendly staff to accommodate us and made us feel very welcome. The food was delicious. All made fresh! The rooms were beautiful and the bed was one of the most comfortable we ever slept in, and the resort itself is very beautiful with its Mediterranean style look. Location is very good only 10 mins walk to the beach and actually great value for price for our stay in Phuket! Very clean and maintained! Overall we really loved staying here and we’ll be back!

The hotel is lovely, the rooftop pool amazing, food has lots of options and reasonably priced. However booked a room with full sized bed and lounge and ended up with 2 twins instead and no lounge,
