Room was spacious and cleaned everyday, pool was amazing but could have a bit more shade at main pool, breakfast had big variety Overall great location, great resort

Family room in building 5 was the perfect spot for our family of 3 with a 3yr old. Right near pool and beach. Rooms are clean and cleaning staff do a great job. Property is well maintained and all staff are friendly. Security guards loved my son and were always so happy to see him. Food and drinks were great. Japanese restaurant at the front is absolutely delicious, buffet breakfast a big hit for son and partner. Many activities on across the day for all to get involved in. Ladies that fo nails and hair braiding in the lobby were also a highlight. Overall a fantastic place to stay.

Family of 4 for 9 days stay. Two bedroom apartment room booked and paid for. Unfortunately the Graceland has seen far better days. Much like the old girls who walk the street in clothing for someone half their age, this hotel is certainly not as advertised. 4 room changes, all unfortunately with issues: non working TV, poor WIFI, sewerage smell emanating from the air conditioner in room 1424 and along the entire 4th floor of that wing, loud pub music til 11pm from the beer bar next door etc. The staff are fine, but typical of a hotel where you are just a number and nothing ever gets done properly. The pools are numerous, being one of the main reasons we chose the Graceland, unfortunately broken, missing and past their useful life tiles are a problem throughout, especially the rooftop and main plaza pool, the nest pool in the new are suffers slightly less, however the poor maintenance and lack of attention has meant that individual mobile filters are used to pump the pool. Poor show all round I'm afraid. The best part of the stay was the breakfast, which was of a very good standard, but again, furniture, as is the case with this flogged and overworked hotel suffers. Number 1 rating on Hotels.com, Expedia and others is more likely based on the vendor pays for top billing. I won't stay here again and advise anyone who actually wants a restful stay to find alternative accommodation. I asked the staff how a hotel like this can be a 5 star (as advertised) hotel. Who knows!

I was wondering if there was any particular reason why the pools only open at 8am and close so early?

Buvome gegužės 25-28 d. tai vakare labai daug uodų. Nors aišku yra vienas pakelis kremuko nuo uodų ir aparatas kambaryje, tačiau nelabai padeda. Pusryčiai gausūs, skanūs. Dėl vakarinės programos - jos nėra. Aišku visada yra Bangla rd.

The staff were excellent, breakfast was excellent and the room was cleaned every day

Rooms were very outdated, beds so uncomfortable. Could hear people slamming doors an screaming down the hall at all hours off the night till morning. Breakfast waa just basic didnt even have Icecream

Lovely staff, a great variety in two restaurants for breakfast and our room was always cleaned well and a very good size (delux pool view).

The breakfast we attended was not the best food Your omelette and fruit was good but watermelon was warm each day. Sausages were in water which did not look or taste good. We did not get shown to a table we had to find one ourselves I have had better breakfast for a 5 class resort

Plenty of choices for breakfast Room was very spacious and clean. Sheets and towels changed daily. No complaints

Decent hotel. Right on Patong beach. Close to everything. Great breakfast buffet. If you are not planning on spending a lot of time at the hotel this is a great choice. Multiple food kiosks, bars and 7 eleven. Overall good stay.

As a whole, it is a good place to stay. Although it is old compared with others, it is kept as good as i expected. I will stay there next time.
